The house features 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, screened lanai with ample seating and a awesome game room for "kids" of all ages!

The house layout is as follows:

You will enter the house into a grand high-ceilinged game room. The game room features a deluxe game console with over 300 games, a pinball machine, pool table, 2 lounge chairs and a bar table with chairs. It opens directly to the outdoor lanai and pool area and provides gorgeous pool and canal views.

Off one side of the game room are the two "master" king bedrooms. One king bedroom has both poolside and canal views, and an attached bathroom. It has double sliders that open up to the pool. The other bedroom has a private bathroom just outside the room.

From the other side of the game room you will enter the main living area. The open floor plan features a massive kitchen with generous center island, dining table that seats 6, and sectional sleeper sofa. This area opens up to the canal and provides serene views of the sparkling pool and canal.

Past the living area is a hallway that leads to two more bedrooms one with a queen trundle bed (sleeps 3), and one with a twin over queen bunk bed (sleeps 3). There is a third bathroom in the hallway outside of these bedrooms.
