We had 5 people staying at this house for a baseball trip in Fort Myers. The house, in Cape Coral, was perfect for our needs. The hot tub was a god send for us. The pool was perfect. The home was perfect for our family of seven. There is everything you need to enjoy beautiful FLA. The kitchen is well supplied and spacious to cook and is centrally located to the home. We enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub in the evenings when we were unwinding from our days at the beach and exploring the surrounding areas. Jodi was quick to respond to our requests and was a pleasure to communicate with to make our get away the best we could have hoped for.

I want to first say that the host Jodi was wonderful dealing with. Communicating with her was so easy and she always got back to us very soon after texting her. She went over and beyond to help us with any things that we may have needed. She was very accommodating!!The house was perfect for all of us. We had 9 people staying and there seemed to be plenty of room to have personal space if someone needed it. It was clean and spacious. There honestly wasn't anything we had an issue with. This made our trip relaxing even when we had a schedule for half our visit because we came to fort myer for a wedding.If you have a group as big as we had, you will want to book this house immediately. Can't say enough about the whole experience. If we ever stay in Fort Myer again, this is the place we will be staying!

Great place and great owner!

Beautifully remodeled and very clean home. Had a couple issues with appliances but owner was all over it and resolved as soon as possible. Having 4 full bathrooms was very helpful with a group of 10 people. Highly recommend and will stay again if available next year.

Amazing house

This was by far, the best house we have stayed at in Cape Coral. It has everything you could want. We only had 2 of us plus dogs, but you could have many more friends or family with you. Pool, hot tub, and canal are awesome. Will be back in the summer.

Perfect home for our family vacay!

Spending time with family and Sanibel and family photos on the beach and the perfect spot for us to spend time together - priceless. Our group consisted of 7 adults and 3 children. This 5 bedroom 4 bath home gave us the space we needed, the pool was a favorite place to be with my grandchildren and make memories. The kitchen was well stocked with not only the pots and pans and dishes and glasses, but a good assortment of spices! That was a very nice surprise. Jodi was excellent in quickly responding to our questions. Very highly recommend this home and if I ever get the opportunity to return to Cape Coral, this would be the first place I would look for!

Everything you need!

This home had everything we needed! Was very spacious, had many pool towels, pool toys, nice dock to fish from (also equipped with the fishing poles), beach chairs, etc. It was also in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants and close to Ft. Myers/Sanibel Beaches! (There is a beach in the neighborhood, but unfortunately, it was closed during our stay.) Farshad was very attentive, making sure we had a great stay!

AMAZING !!!

We booked Farshad's house for our Family gathering in Thanksgiving and it was perfect. The house had everything we needed to have a great stay with ample room for everyone, lots of amenities and things to do. The pool and hot tub were a hit and in excellent condition. Comfortable, Clean, Perfect Stay!

We enjoyed the home very much and loved the starter set of supplies that were provided! Some highlights were the modern chic setup, heated pool, outdoor music speaker, mini fridge, plenty of outdoor furniture, the spa, the beautiful modern kitchen and bathrooms, outdoor grill, easy front door lock, 5 nice actual beds (no pull out sofas), openness of the house, TVs and more! The private dock was so convenient and I was able to tie up the boat and have quick and easy access to Sanibel Island The host was very responsive, accommodating, and easy to reach! This will definitely be our preferred place to stay, next time we’re in the area.

Amazing family get away!!

Our 5 adult kids and a couple friends stayed at the house when in town to visit us. They were blown away at the house! So well appointed! It was the perfect layout. They utilized all the amenities. Excellent property and location

The property was very nicely fully remodeled. It has the split bedroom modern concept with 2 bedrooms on one side of the house and 3 bedrooms on the other side of the house. The children and adults love being able to walk out on the back patio to swim or to fish from the dock. The fishing is abundant at the dock much less if you bring your own boat or rent a boat and fish the open waters. We had excellent fishing both ways. The owner was very accommodating and easy to contact and receive answers to questions. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Amazing place

This house served all our needs! Our kids felt at home and we utilized every aspect the house had to offer! The beach being only 6 minutes away was also a huge plus! Everything was clean and the communication between us and Farshad was always prompt and positive! This house would be perfect for two families as it basically has two separate wings. The kitchen was amazing, we love to cook and definitely felt like chefs in their kitchen! The beds were a little to firm for us but didn't seem to bother the kids at all! Thanks again for such a fun week!

Baseball trip and more

One of the best vrbo’s we have ever stayed in. The host was amazing and very responsive. We were here for baseball with 2 teenage boys, brought our small boat and had the best of both worlds. Two families had all the space and privacy needed to stay together. The home is very clean, better than pictured, everything you need and more. The boys swam and fished in their off time, we were close to all of our baseball venues as well. It was great to come back together daily and relax and not have to worry about going out as we all had plenty of room to spread out. Can’t say enough great things! Split plan was amazing for 2 families…. Will defiantly book again! Don’t hesitate…… just book it!

Wonderful place to stay with plenty of room!

The house met all our needs, and then some! We traveled with another family (9 of us total) and we had plentyof room to hang out together, and also plenty of room to separate if we wanted down-time. We really loved the layout in the sense that each of our families had our own "wing" of the home (two bathrooms on each side too!), with the kitchen, living room, and game room being in the center. We enjoyed the spacious lanai- with pool toys, and a speaker to connect to, were a couple added bonuses we weren't expecting. - oh and awesome pool towels provide too! We brought a few small fishing poles with us and we're so glad we did! We spent a lot of time at the canal in the back seeing if we could catch a bite, and we did! The location was perfect for us, there was everything nearby. Restaurants, beaches, mini-golf. Farshad was an awesome host- very easy to communicate with, and very kind! If we visit Cape Coral again, I would not hesitate to rent this property again!

Tolle Villa mit einem sehr fürsorglichen Eigentümer

Wir hatten die Villa für knapp 4 Wochen gemietet. Der Eigentümer ist ein sehr angenehmer und um das Wohl seiner Gäste besorgter Mensch. Es gab während unseres Aufenthalt keinerlei Probleme. Falls es welche gegeben hätte, wären diese mit Sicherheit schnellstmöglich gelöst worden. Gerne wieder.

We personally LOVE this home! We love the space, the updated kitchen, the heated pool and that it's on the canal and close to local shops and restaurants. The space in the yard and house is abundant! Plenty of room for separate space even with large groups. Fruit trees and seashells make the landscaping feel tropical.

The size! 5 bedroom with 4 baths and that means lots of room with privacy and also gathering areas. It's on the canal with direct access to the ocean and the kitchen is the best for hosting large meals. There's a beautiful path down to the canal that is made up of sea shells. We have a large semi-circle driveway for multiple vehicles if needed.
