Ocean Reef 3-A1 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath First Floor Oceanfront Condo with many recent updates in the last 3 years. It comes with a stackable washer and dryer, stove, microwave,3 large flat-screen HDTVs with access to streaming apps, and Bluetooth Bose speakers for your vacation pleasure! There's also a Hot and Cold Outside Shower on the ground level. Guests can access the storage area with beach chairs, umbrellas, skim boards, and boogie boards. Tennis rackets, balls, and various sports equipment are available too.

On Level One, the Oceanfront Living Area features an electric fireplace, TV, DVD player, queen sleeper sofa with extra plush mattress, and an oceanfront deck with comfy furniture and stunning views. The Oceanfront Dining Area offers great views as well. The Kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, Stainless Steel cookware for the culinary enthusiast and a large island bar with seating. Master Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, Flat Screen TV, DVD player, Full Bath with a soaker tub and shower, and a private deck. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, and there's a Full Bath in the Hall with a shower. (2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
