Schöne gepflegte Meerblick-Wohnung befindet sich etwa 15 Meilen zwischen Atlantic Beach und Emerald Isle an der Crystal Coast NC. Semi-abgelegene Lage bietet nicht überfüllten Strand nur wenige Schritte von der Tür mit praktischer Nähe zu lokalen Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten zählen das NC Aquarium, Fort Macon und die historische Stadt Beaufort. Condo hat Meerblick von jedem Schlafzimmer. Auch natürliche Landschaft mit Blick auf den Ozean von Esszimmer und Schlafzimmer Balkon. Der Komplex verfügt über einen privaten Pool und eine Terrasse am Meer. Einheit ist 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 1/2 Bad, mit Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche. Kingsize-Bett im Master- und Queensize-Bett im 2. Schlafzimmer, zwei Einzelbetten im 3. Schlafzimmer und ein Queensize-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Waschmaschine / Trockner, 2 Flachbild-Fernseher, DVD-Player, herausnehmbare Bettschienen für kleine Kinder, viele Bücher und Spiele. Aktualisierungen und Änderungen umfassen:
2019 - komplett neu gestrichen, neue Lichter, Spiegel, Waschbecken, Wasserhähne, Arbeitsplatten und Schränke in allen Badezimmern, alle neuen Fensterbehandlungen, neue Müllentsorgung, Licht in der Küche (es wird immer etwas Neues hinzugefügt)

2018 - neue Matratzen in allen Schlafzimmern, neues Geschirr, Küchenutensilien, neuer Gasgrill und andere Komfortannehmlichkeiten wie Kissen und Kissen.

2017 - brandneue AC-Einheit, Schlafsofa, Liebessitz

2016 - brandneuer Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und Trockner. Neue Farbe im Wohnzimmer und im Treppenhaus.

2015 - Granit Küchenarbeitsplatte, Spüle und Wasserhahn.

2014 - Fliesenboden in Küche, WC und Essbereich. TV im Schlafzimmer.

Hinweis: Diese Eigenschaft wurde vor kurzem von einem Kollegen Ozean Liebhaber, der sicherstellen möchten, dass Ihre Zeit am Strand ist komfortabel, entspannt und ermöglicht es Ihnen, nur die Erfahrung von auf dem Wasser und Sand genießen zu kaufen. Ich bin dabei, zu aktualisieren und Änderungen vorzunehmen.

Wir haben ein paar Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm. Aber wir können nicht garantieren, dass sie immer noch da sind, und vielleicht ein paar Strandspielzeug (sie kommen und gehen :-)). Bettwäsche und Handtücher können Sie in den örtlichen Geschäften mieten: Beach Gear Rentals oder Island Essentials

Great location

This property was an excellent layout for us. Bedrooms on two floors offers more privacy. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a first floor entry/laundry area which provided space for our beach bags and sandy shoes. As the third unit from the beach, it was an easy walk to the ocean and an equally short walk to the pool. We were thrilled with our stay and will most definitely look forward to visiting again.

Our friends and family 2025 beach vacation

We had a wonderful time on our friends and family beach vacation at Spivey’s Corner. Our house was just as it was described being steps away from the beach access. It was very comfortable and had a lot of amenities on site which was very nice. Everyone had such a good time hanging out at the beach followed by the pool on site and sitting outside on the deck enjoying the evening breeze. Lots of fishing on the beach along with a very successful fishing charter. We enjoyed some local restaurants in Emerald Isle as well. The property is very quiet and secluded which was a plus for our group. All in all our stay was a big thumbs up from everyone.

Great house and great location

This house is in great shape, very clean and was laid out in a way that was convient for our family. The beach is amazing, and not crowded at all. The bonus that sold us on this rental over others was the pool, which was nice for the kids to transition to after several hours of playing on the beach. Communication from the owner was excellent both before and during the stay. We will strongly consider staying here again.

Great place and host!

We had an awesome time staying at this property! Only steps from the beach, and had a community pool that we used almost every day. Klaudia was very responsive and answered any questions we had, right away. Place was stocked with everything we needed for grilling, cooking, etc.. Location was good and there were plenty of places to get groceries and whatever you need for your stay. I would definitely rent again if I took my kids back to Pine Knoll Shores.

Excellent Beach House!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation! The proximity to the beach can’t be beat. We all enjoyed the layout which has a king sized bed with a private bath (and balcony), a queen bed in the other large room, and twin beds for the kids in the middle level room. This worked perfectly for our family which consisted of 4 adults and 2 young children. We spent a large amount of time at the pool which is well kept, large and shaded during parts of the day. Everyone is incredibly friendly and there are plenty of places to explore close to the beach house (goofy golf, restaurants, pizza (that delivers!), Fort Macon, Beaufort, etc. Klaudia is exceptional to work with. Very communicative and helpful if you need her. Would highly recommend for anybody looking for a quick walk to both the beach and pool.

Well appointed and a great location!

Our family of four has stayed in this location for several years--it is one of our favorite weeks of the summer! The condo is very clean, well appointed, and has everything you could need for a fun week at the beach. The beach is literally steps outside the door and the pool is a few steps the opposite direction. Even on sunny days the beach does not feel crowded. The owner, Klaudia, is responsive and has really given the condo some great touches! We would definitely book again!

We love this condo and it’s location! It is so close to the beach and not crowded at all. Our kids have loved this place at every age (toddler to teen). The recent updates to the unit are really well done; it’s obvious Klaudia has taken the time and care to make it comfortable, functional, and attractive. While I adore our majestic mountains, there are moments when nothing soothes my soul like the sensation of sand between my toes and the sound of ocean waves. We have created lasting memories on those sandy beaches and would love to share our home with you so that you and your family can create your own memories.

Pine Knoll Shores is centrally located on Bogue Banks and is known for its white sandy beaches. The area is pristine, with natural dunes and native trees and plants. The North Carolina Aquarium is located minutes away and there are many outdoor activities available, including putt putt golf, sea kayaking in the sound, surf fishing from the beach, or surfing. There is also a cool play ground in Morehead City. Check out the the musket demo from Fort Macon. Oh, and the boat rides to Sand Dollar Island and Shackle Ford Bank. Good times!

Our multi-level townhouse is located adjacent to a natural preserve, with views of native trees and plants, as well as, the ocean and beach. The beach setting outside is reflected on the inside with nicely decorated coastal décor, along with amenities such as wireless internet and cable TV.

The space is very accommodating, with a separate dining room and living room, in addition to three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. There are balconies off the dining room and master bedroom, with beautiful ocean views and natural surroundings. And we also have lots of books and games for all ages.

The beach here is uncrowded, but not far from essentials such as groceries, pharmacy, or fishing bait. There are also very nice restaurants available nearby, as well as, other activities such as miniature golf, kayak rentals, and go carts. A boat ramp and parking is available within one mile, along with seafood, bait and a marina. You will find our townhouse is stocked with lots of items to make your stay more enjoyable.
