Wunderschön aktualisierte TOP FLOOR OCEANFRONT Condo im Ocean Club Resort. Ausgedehnte Aussicht auf das Meer von Ihrer Küche und Ihrem Wohnbereich mit Fenstern von Wand zu Wand und Gewölbedecken.

Reinigung und Bettwäsche im Aufenthalt inbegriffen!

Das Gerät verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 geräumige Badezimmer.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein bequemes Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad mit Duell-Waschtischen, Badewanne und Dusche. Der zweite Meister hat ein Queensize-Bett und das dritte Schlafzimmer ist ein lustiger Schlafraum mit 4 Zwillingen.

Es gibt einen schönen, ganzjährig beheizten Außenpool und einen Whirlpool, in dem Sie das ganze Jahr über schwimmen und genießen können. Es gibt auch ein Kinderbecken im Hauptpoolbereich. Vor Ort gibt es eine Trainingsanlage sowie Grillstationen und Zugang zum Privatstrand für die Unterkunft.

Im Ocean Club gibt es viele Naturgebiete und es ist eines der am besten bewerteten Resorts in North Carolina. Die Handelskammer von Carteret County würdigte die Naturschutzbemühungen des Ocean Club in der gesamten Gemeinde zur Erhaltung der Küstenqualität des Gebiets und wurde mit dem Award of Merit for Development ausgezeichnet. Auf dem gesamten Grundstück befinden sich wunderschöne lebende Eichen aus dem Meereswald.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in günstiger Lage zwischen Atlantic Beach und Emerald Isle, nur 10 Autominuten von beiden Enden der Insel entfernt.

In der Küche befindet sich ein Wasserhahn mit Umkehrosmosewasser für kühles, frisch schmeckendes Wasser. Gut bestückt, mit schönen Quarz-Arbeitsplatten und sowohl Tropf- als auch Keurig-Kaffeemaschinen.

Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im Inneren des Geräts. In jedem Schlafzimmer befinden sich Soundmaschinen.

Das Gerät verfügt über WLAN Highspeed-Internet und es gibt auch einen Fernseher in jedem Schlafzimmer.

Platz für bis zu 8 Gäste & 2 Parkausweise erlaubt (strikt durchgesetzt).

Beautiful views and very spacious comfortable home. The elevator is close to the entrance as well as covered parking. There were beach chairs and umbrellas available which was nice not to have to pack ourselves. The host replied quickly to our inquiry and was pleasant. We look forward to staying here again.

Great views!

Celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary at this lovely condo. It was March and chilly but the view from the balcony was great. Saw lots of dolphins and other wildlife. Thanks for a relaxing getaway.

Emerald Coast Great Location

The property was more than sufficient and had the absolute best views of the Emerald Coast, sun rises and sunsets. The balcony provided us with a great opportunity to experience the beautiful views and ocean. We did not experience any problems with the unit. I would go back tomorrow and again and again! Loved the area!!!

Quick escape to the beach

Beautiful condo. Lots of light. Great views of the ocean waves, sunset, pelicans, and dolphins. Great location. Everything as described and seen in the pictures. Kitchen well stocked. Totally comfortable. Updated furniture in living area is comfortable and attractive. Eating area and bunk bed room are large enough to have held grandkids had we brought them. Porch comfortable enough to sit all day. Contact person was quick to respond to any questions. Great place!

Nice place, great view, quiet

This property has a great view. We appreciated the elevators. Parking could get tricky in the busy season. Overall the place was average to good for quality inside. There water damage on the ceiling in the kitchen area, several items were broken /damaged near the tv consol area. There was a cord that was damaged. The toaster oven was broken, which was quickly replaced when we called the number provided. In the bunkbed room, there was a water bottle left. So we decided to strip all the beds and clean them ourselves. One of the chairs foot rest outside was damaged. The hurricane covers were not pushed back all the way so that obstructed some of the view, until we pushed them back ourselves. We had spectacular views of sunrises and sunsets. The beach was very nice and low key. I felt safe in the area overall. Overall, this condo needs some attention to details. It wont ruin your stay by any means though.

The view is awesome. This is the main reason we've chosen this place.The unit could use some attention, especially the kitchen. It's very poorly organized and lacking in some cooking tools. Also had trouble with the door lock - it worked, but took maximum effort each time we left.

Wonderful location and beautiful view of the ocean! Nice pool area! Some things needed updating such as kitchen supplies. Had to go out and buy a decent egg pan that wouldn’t stick. Towels were cheap and a bit smelly. Front door needs some repair around the frame but it still closed. Beach was amazing!!! You can walk for miles!!! Overall we really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend!!!

Beautiful area

Check-in was very easy, no issues at all. The unit wasnt quite as updated as I was expecting based on what we paid, but still a beautiful condo. Close to a lot of things and the view od the ocean was breathtaking. The balcony was my favorite part of the condo. Things to note: the bunk bed bedroom is EXTREMELY small. We just had one of our daughters in there so it worked fine for her, but if you had 4 people in there it would be very cramped. There also isnt anywhere in that room to put clothes away, vsry disappointed with that. Also, there was not an extra trash bag for the kitchen garbage. We are a family of 4 who stayed for a week and ate many of oir meals at the condo. Once we took the garbage out, we had to use plastic bags for our garbage for the rest of our stay.Overall, a nice place to stay and the views cannot be beat.

My family loved staying here! The view was spectacular and the accommodations were perfect for my family of 7 people. It was close to the elevator which was great for my mom and she loved being able to watch the ocean from the balcony. We loved that the beach wasn’t crowded. We cooked in the kitchen most nights and loved the community that was close by that had a couple of restaurants. My boys really enjoyed the mini golf and go carts that was just a few minutes away. Make sure to check out the Captain’s Kitchen Food Truck!!! So yummy!! We loved our stay and hope we can come back again!!!

Perfection

First off, let’s talk about the view. We would sit outside on the balcony and relax the comfy chairs and drink coffee every morning and the view was beautiful. The condo was well equipped and very clean. I would not hesitate to return to this property again and again. It was wonderful being just steps from the beach and our grandchildren loved the pool. We had no complaints with anything ! Thank you Stephanie for thinking of everything to make our stay memorable and we look forward to renting from you again.

Family Beach vacation

Nice ocean front property! Only issue was no parking pass was left and we had to call for it. Maintenance man came and fixed patio chairs for us also.Would also suggest for owners to check cupboards as there wasn’t many drink glasses and storage bowls.We were a family of 7
