Since your stay, we have made changes to improve the guest experience, including switching to a new pest control company to address the issue you mentioned. Our team and handyman addressed the TV, hairdryer, and additional linens during your visit, and we’ve since reviewed the kitchen inventory and completed a pest treatment to ensure this does not happen again.
