Welcome to your ideal coastal retreat, located just steps from the beach. This charming beach house offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable vacation, whether you're seeking a family getaway, an adventure with friends, or a romantic retreat.

The Space:

Our spacious and bright house features 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, decorated with a coastal style that will make you feel at home from the moment you step in. The living room, equipped with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, is the ideal place to relax after a day at the beach.

There are 3 Smart TVs in the house that allow you to stream your Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Hulu using the free high-speed wireless internet service.

The fully equipped kitchen invites guests to prepare delicious meals that can be enjoyed in the large open kitchen with granite countertops. The dining area features a table for 6 people and a breakfast bar with 4 additional stools. You can also dine on the outdoor patio, where you'll find an outdoor dining set for 6 people and a barbecue perfect for evening cookouts.

Location:

Situated in a prime location, our house is just a few minutes' walk from the beach and close to a variety of restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Enjoy long walks along the coast, water sports, or simply relax and enjoy the sound of the waves.

House Rules:

No parties allowed under any circumstances.
No smoking or vaping is permitted on the property: If any signs of smoking are detected, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fee.
Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs will be charged a $100 per hour fee.
Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00 pm and before 9:00 am according to the city ordinance, enforced by local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

Roomy enough for 3 generations to vacation and enjoy/relax. Kids had space to play, large sofa for movies, big table for card games and a jigsaw puzzle.

Good spot to relax in JAX Beach

We came out to visit JAX for the Jags game and this was a great place to stay. Lots of room, clean, quiet and within reasonable walking distance of wherever we wanted to go. Good spot.

Just What We Needed

This house was perfect for three buddies and I who were in town for a wedding. The house was close to a couple of golf courses we played, and less than a mile from the wedding festivities. With four rooms, we each had our own and the living space was all we needed when sitting around or playing cards. Everything was clean with linens and towels and a full kitchen - along with some welcoming snacks. The whole process of getting into the place and closing up was easy. Would stay here again!

Florida / Georgia Football Weekend

What a wonderful experience at our VRBO in Jacksonville Beach. The place was super nice, super clean and was very comfortable. The location was a couple blocks from the beach and we were able to walk a short distance to the many restaurants and bars near by. Check in and out was very easy and the host was very accommodating. I hope it is available next year and I would definitely book it again.

Comfy, spacious proximity to beach!

Three adult couples visited for activities at JAX beach. The distance advertised to walk to beach was right on point. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and for all of us to gather together comfortably. Access to well-stocked cabinets with dishes for eat-in meals and nice appliances and grill. Spacious parking. Host responded quickly and provided clear directions for everything. We found this to be an accurate listing, which is always nice. One couple was celebrating an anniversary, and there was a thoughtful welcome with that in mind!

Worst experience

This is one of the most absurd experiences I have ever had. Although the house was beautiful and felt very welcoming, the communication with the hosts was absolutely ridiculous. We had been inside and fully unpacked inside of the house to celebrate my birthday at around 5:30pm. I had spent many months planning out this VRBO. My family and friends came from out of town to celebrate with me. We were so excited until this homeowner decided to deliberately ruin our event. We spent hours decorating and getting the house ready for it to be shut down for absolutely no reason.The rules of the house specify that 10 guests can spend the night, but we had 11 guests and the one extra guest was not going to spend the night. The host “assumed” that we were throwing a “party” and began accusing us of rule breaking in their home. We brought in a speaker and because of his cameras, he told us to put it away and back in the car. So we did. We then proceeded to use THEIR speaker that THEY provided for us in the house and started to play some music that we kept at minimum volume per the host’s request.At 12:22am, the host calls us telling us to “pack our bags” and to “get out of [his] house” and that “the cops [were] on their way.”We were so confused because when he called last, it was about the speakers. VRBO called us and told us that they would call us before anything were to escalate. The owner called us in a frantic manner kicking us out without regards for our safety. No mention of refund.
