This immaculate, professionally designed single family home with a private backyard oasis and covered patio invites comfort and exudes modern elegance. With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, generous living space and stylish finishes, you'll enjoy a perfect setting for relaxing and entertaining.

With TVs in every room including 65" TVs in family room and a kitchen completely stocked with all the cooking and entertaining necessities, you will not be left wanting. The main bathroom offers a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The backyard offers a large, covered patio with heated pool and water lounge ledge, outdoor dining and living area. The garage has been converted into climate-controlled game room with ping pong table and dart board. This vacation home promises to not disappoint.

Little less than half a mile to the beach and 6 homes from the best park at the beaches, which includes a brand-new skate park, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, and a huge playground. We provide all the necessary equipment except skateboards. Also, it is very close to many restaurants, bars, shopping centers, and grocery stores. The adjacent pool home is also available for rental and sleeps up to 14. Please contact us for more details if you are interested in renting both properties.

PET FRIENDLY:
We warmly welcome four-legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!)
There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

Beach house

A few things that could be better is the kitchen, I had to buy a spatula and colander. There were no serving spoons. The master bath didn’t have working outlets and the water pressure was very slow as was the drain. But we enjoyed the house and pool and would recommend to friends and family.

Beautiful home and amazing location!

We rented this home to accommodate my family who was visiting from out of town. This slice of paradise we just perfect. The home is beautifully decorated and had everything you could need. The backyard, which includes a spacious deck and pool area was comfortable and inviting. We were steps from a wonderful park and very close to the beach and all that it has to offer. I would definitely recommend this beach bungalow to anyone looking to stay in the Jax Beach area. You will not be disappointed.

The BEST Vacation Rental experience we've had in years!

From the moment we booked this home, we were very pleasantly surprised by the ease and efficiency of their process. Last rental had a 10 page rental agreement and needed copies of back and front of our credit card, IDs AND a selfie with the credit card...ridiculous. This by comparison was a breeze and it only got better from there. We had the home address, door code and check in/out instructions immediately. On arrival, the home was beautiful, well appointed, beautifully decorated, looked and smelled clean and was thoughtfully stocked, down to bottles of water in the refrigerator. The pool and backyard was well maintained, private, peaceful and gorgeous.The home is also perfectly located close to the beaches and other amenities which put this haven away from home at the very top of our list of rentals we would return to in a heartbeat! Also small but important detail...all the TV remotes were conspiciously placed and labeled and actually worked and were easy to use which seems one of those small details that most rentals confoundingly get so wrong. Perfect stay! 5 enthuiastic stars from start to finish! Many, many thanks from the Sanfords.

Beautiful - inside & out

This was a wonderful place to stay. The inside of the house is peacefully decorated with hints of the beach, but not overdone. And the backyard is like a mini-resort. A comfy sitting area, dining table and comfy couch are all on the beautiful porch, while the gorgeous pool has lovely lounge chairs on one end and Adirondack chairs on the other. The pool was heated to perfection for the chilly nights we experienced. And it was pet-friendly. What more could you ask for?

Great property, location. Simple check in/out. Had an incident with group of spring breakers staying in the property behind us. Threatened our kids over the fence within the first hour of arriving. Other than that, had a nice stay.
