We had a wonderful 7-night stay in Maui! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was convenient, just a short walk across the street to the beach and an easy drive to stores, restaurants, and everything else we needed. It was a great home base for exploring Maui while also being a comfortable place to relax at the end of the day. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Convenient condo

Good location to beach and pool. We could walk to restaurants and the beach was great for the sunset. It was affordable and close to the highway to get to the airport.

Kam Sands is great place to enjoy!

Super clean and very well decorated + everything you need (except maybe beach umbrella). The lanai is large and the grounds of this property beautifully kept. Our third time at Kam Sands - only reason 4 stars instead of 5, is they had alot of work being done at the pool (cutting saw/tiles) and still painting exterior of the bldg adjacent (blocking view a bit/loud) which we thought would be completed. We'd definitely come again! Thanks for sharing this gem!

We are glad you enjoyed our condo. We do supply beach umbrella's and there should have been one in the lanai storage. On the check in information we mention if you need anything to let us know and we will get things replaced, so please next time let us know if something is missing. As far as the building painting on the adjacent building, the 2 hurricanes that passed by Maui pushed back the painting schedule. This is the second and last summer of building painting for years to come. Thanks again, Clark

Great Hosts

My family really enjoyed our stay on Maui. The property is in a great location within walking distance to the beach. It has a large patio with a beautiful view of the water that we enjoyed while eating meals. Clark and Bridget are excellent with communication and are very detail oriented. There are helpful manuals and instructions for literally everything in the condo. When we had a minor issue with the washing machine during our stay, Clark was so helpful in quickly resolving it. You can tell that they take great pride in their properties and truly want you to feel at home and enjoy your vacation. Mahalo!!!

As a traveling author who has stayed in many condos throughout Hawaii over the years, this Kamaole Sands end unit quickly became one of my favorite Maui stays. Perfect South Kihei location directly across from the beach with beautiful ocean views, amazing sunsets, and relaxing third floor trade winds that kept the condo cool day and night. We never used the air conditioning during our stay.The condo was spotless, spacious, beautifully decorated, and truly felt like a Hawaiian holiday with bamboo, tiki, and island style charm throughout. The layout was perfect for two people with plenty of privacy and space to relax comfortably. My favorite part was the lanai where I chose to sleep outside on the futon several nights. Waking up to roosters, baby chickens wandering the property, tropical birds visiting during breakfast, and soft Maui mornings made the experience unforgettable.The condo had everything needed for a Maui beach vacation including snorkeling gear, beach accessories, and a beach buggy that made beach trips easy. I even left behind my own snorkeling gear because honestly this condo already has everything. The only things I missed were a Keurig and a rice cooker.Comfortable, peaceful, beautifully maintained, and one of the most memorable Maui stays I’ve had. Mahalo and thank you again for such a wonderful stay.

Great Remodeled Condo with Easy Access to Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo for our one-week vacation. Resort staff was friendly, and owner was responsive to questions. Living room feels spacious even when the sofa bed is pulled out. The large lanai is a bonus - We ended up spending much more time outside because of it. Will definitely consider staying here again when we visit in the future.

Great place and location!

This condo was spacious and clean! We enjoyed the large balcony and beach chairs provided. This condo community is also walkable to lots of great restaurants and beaches, making the location really convenient.

We throughly enjoyed our stay in this updated, nicely decorated, well stocked condo! Loved the large lanai with partial ocean view! Close proximity to the beaches, restaurants & shopping! The Kamaole Sands Condominium complex offers many amenities and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Owners were quick to responded to inquiries!

Awesome vacation!

We were enjoying staying in the condo. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Super clean. The kitchen very well stocked and there are beach accessories available like beach chairs, umbrellas, kid's toys. The partial ocean view was a nice addition to spend some time in the morning or late evening on the lanai.

Amazing place!

Clark and Bridget’s condo is updated, extremely clean, and comfortable. It is an end unit so plenty of privacy and quiet. There is a great breeze that keeps the unit cool during the day with the doors open but there is an AC unit in the living area and bedroom if needed and both work excellent. The lanai is very large with a comfortable futon. We spend most of our time there when at the unit.

Quality, comfort and lots of amenities

This unit was very spacious and comfortable. The lanai was spacious and provided lots of room for us 4 adults to sit and eat. Plus plenty of room when visitors came over. The inclusion of all the beach equipment (chairs, mats, boogey boards, umbrellas) was great since we didn't have to rent or purchase any of that. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again. The owners communication with us through the reservation process and in the days leading up to our trip was impeccable. Location was great to as it was a short walk to the beach.
