Enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, That can accommodate up to 8 people to sleep. Additionally we have a living room with two big sofa beds that can be used as well. Guests can enjoy an afternoon viewing from the pool and lake, later watch the magic sunset. Minutes to Disney, Epcot, Universal Studios , animal kingdom and other parks. Universal Studios is just about to open their doors MAY 2025 for a new park called EPIC UNIVERSE, This makes for a great trip for family and friends to visit the new park and be in close proximity to the house to also enjoy our relaxing pool.

This house is very nice. The only problem we experienced was with the dishwasher. I believe it had been out for a while and just not addressed. You could tell by how it looked and smelled it hadn’t been ran in a while. There were vertical blinds in some of the bedrooms that had missing slats and need addressing. We would rent this house again if those issues were solved.

We really enjoyed the pool, but you have to pay for the heated part. We loved this home away from home and plan to stay again in the future. The owners were very nice and we didn’t have any issues with anything. They are very nice and I highly recommend this house.

Except for the mold, everything was good. Spacious and only 25 minutes to the parks. Good communication and there was everything we needed. Nice safe neighborhood. No stores really close but not too far either. Again, mold was the big keeper from 5 stars.

Great for a family, plenty of space and a pool which is nice at the end of a long day at the parks. About 25 minutes to Disney parks. Very easy check in and communication throughout the was excellent.

Short Stay

Made a good home base for visiting the theme parks. Didn't spend a bunch of time on property, but did utilize the pool out back under the lanai. Well kept and enjoyable. Beds were comfortable and the space was clean. Definitely recommend.

Excellent Stay

Our family of 5 had a great stay at this home. Clean and comfortable. Communication with owner was great, we had a missing pool net upon arrival and the owners had a new one there ASAP. 20-25 min from Disney, just over an hour to Cocoa beach. Shopping and activities close by. Area felt safe. Would love to visit this home again.

A great weeks stay at Magic Sunset!!

Our family stayed for a week Feb 22- March 1st 2025. We took in a few local attractions, Aquarium in Orlando, Peppa Pig World for my 3 year old grand-daughter and Cocoa Beach. We very much felt at home at the house. It was well stocked, clean and large enough we weren't on top of each other. The pool and outdoor space is great - no spiders, the pool was a great temperature and clean. Sunsets are truly remarkable!!Our hosts were very responsive, friendly and accommodating!!!We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Florida.

Magic Sunset was amazing

The house was amazing, very Roomy and Comfortable. The beds were very comfortable - we always seem to have trouble with the beds at other places. We were delighted to find them comfortable, especially for people with bad backs. We stayed for 14 days and felt right at home. The management company was very responsive to the few questions that we had during our stay. Paying to have the pool heated was a great choice for February. It made our stay even more relaxing, being able to use the pool and not be cold. The sunsets were magical, as the house description says. If you get a chance to stay, you will not be disappointed. Thanks for sharing your home with us. We look forward to our next stay.

It's a turd dont stay here

the lanai is destroyed, floor was stained and not cleaned, there are ants everywhere in the house. the house is clearly being run into the ground for rent revenue. find another house anywhere, but don't stay in this rundown vrbo. worst part was as a guest you are forced to get insurance now when you rent a place that completely sucks.

Great spot! Might need some TLC in the next couple years

The house we stayed in was great! Would be the perfect setting for a family with kids as it’s very spacious and inviting. The floors were just redone before we got there and they looked great. It does look like some other finishes in the house could use a little love (ie. the baseboards and doors had some marks in them and could be painted). We did find the pool area to have a lot of spiderwebs and spiders and noticed that the screens in there looked like they could use some fixing sometime soon to help prevent this. We had to reach out to the property management team when we first got there and they were extremely responsive and very helpful. I will say that the pillows on the beds seem to be nearing the end of their life as they were extremely flat and not super comfortable. We ended up having to grab a bunch of pillows from the other rooms to give us some more neck/head support at night. I would recommend this home to others! If some of those little things got addressed it would definitely be a 5/5

Not what expected. Bad property management. Don't waist your time or money

1st time ever having a bad experience with a VRBO booking. Spiders have over run pool area( basic practices for a high end rental not maintained) and also the living room. Have actual footage of hatchlings running all over coffee table. Could not use the pool upon arrival due to pool light broken, and in the morning realized the light fixture separated from pool wall, and spiders and webs full of eggs all over enclosure and all over patio furniture. Plants coming thru screen. My grandkids wouldn't even go outside or want to be in common areas. After a full day at theme parks you should be able to use the pool. Very bad for a family with children. Metal screws left on carpet, white stains on underside of comforter, gross and disgusting. Called upon arrival and was told they may come by next day, but if we chose to leave, to please put key back. And that was just about the pool light. Old opened breakfast sausages left in freezer, dishes still had food on them. The washer had old detergent crystals caked on the whole inside. Dryer full of lint. No one maintains this property! I was embarrassed for my family. I have never in the 13 years that I have used VRBO, have ever had to write a bad review. I'm from Florida, so believe me when I say, this was just poor, bad, and unacceptable for the money they are asking for this rental. I take vacations several times a year, always use VRBO for a pleasant and wonderful experience. Motel 6 would be better than this rental. Stay away

This was a nice place to stay, owner very nice very responsive . Gave it 3.5/5 because of the spiders outside and on the fridge. One of the screen doors won’t close due to the big tree that’s there making bugs easy to come in. Knowing it’s Florida, it’s definitely not a deal breaker. Also thermostat has to stay on 76 degrees that is definitely too hot for the temperature outside, we were sweating most of the time, and home needs an update. Overall our stay was nice, nice location. Would recommend
