Unser geräumiges 4-Bett-Haus in der exklusiven Golfgemeinde Highlands Reserve verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ist wunderschön eingerichtet mit einem großen Wohnbereich sowie zwei Familienzimmern und Essbereich haben wir vier Schlafzimmer, ein Master-King mit Bad sowie zwei weitere King-Schlafzimmer und ein Zweibettzimmer, alle mit neuen Smart-TVs. An excellent property in a great location for everything you'd need. Lovely clean pool area, with no properties overlooking and very well equipped. Berry Town Center is a 2 minute walk, yet the villa is still on a quiet street. The owners were excellent - one minor issue with the previous occupiers having missed a trash collection, but this was resolved quickly with an excellent quick response from Mark. Would recommend

Fantastic property, beautifully equipped, comfortable beds and very well stocked kitchen. Games room added bonus although handles missing on some table football rods. Pool area with BBQ was great although BBQ itself could have been cleaner-only thing that was t spotless though so very minor point. Stunning villa with a fantastic location!We spent a wonderful week here with our whole family and can warmly recommend this villa to everyone!The house was very cozy and clean, but two things, in particular, became our family's favorites: the pool and the game room. The pool area provided the perfect setting for relaxing and playing together at the end of the day. The game room was also a huge hit and offered great entertainment for the evenings.The villa's location in the Highlands Reserve area is excellent. It was a major advantage that a grocery store and several good restaurants were just a short walk away. It made daily life so easy when we didn't have to start the car for every little thing. The area itself feels very peaceful and safe.Everything from the communication onwards went perfectly, and the house fully met our expectations. We would love to come back again!

Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed the house, it was exactly what we were looking for. The pool and view of the golf course were relaxing and the split bedroom layout worked well for a large family vacation. It was in a nice neighborhood, close to the grocery store and a short drive to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Overall we enjoyed our stay!!

Probably one of the nicest villas we have stayed in. Great location walking distance to local shops and restaurants which is handy. Great location

Highly recommend this house. We had a great time here and it was the perfect house. Very close to Disney while being far enough away to truly enjoy privacy and quiet. Mark was quick to respond to any questions and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous stay

Perfect location - stayed at at a home nearby last visit to Orlando so knew this area was great when booking. Lovely spacious home, exactly as described, great pool sun all day and everything provided that could be needed. Communication was great.

A great place for our annual trip to follow our son's sports team. He has two more years and we can see making this our go-to house. Well located for us, comfy, private, quiet (even w the golf course) and clearly a well-loved community with lots of full time residents.

Beautiful Outdoor Area

Loved our stay but more detail could be done about the cleaning. Just needs a deep clean especially in the kitchen area. We did it ourselves so that we could enjoy cooking in the kitchen. Great house for two couples. I would have the property manager do a how are things phone call the day you check in.

Perfect Villa with Golfview and pool

We stayed more than a week, and enjoyed every day! The villa is clean with very well designed interior. The pool is perfect after a day of golf, the terrace is very big and has a beautiful view on the golf court, the sundown view is a little bit blocked by neighbours big bamboo. Communication with Mark was very easy! We would highly recommend this villa!

2023 Golf Trip

We were 4 guys on a week long golf trip. The house was perfectly located for us...and was exclactly as described. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to rent. Perfect!!!

Best Vacation Home Ever

This is a great location located right outside of Orlando, really close to Disney without staying in the Disney traffic!! Fun for the entire family. There’s a great selection of restaurants and activities nearby. The pool is spectacular and the security system gave us peace of mind for the kids. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We felt very “at-home.” The owner had great communication and although I had no issues during my stay, I have no doubt that their team would have worked to resolve any problem based on the communication and help I received before and during booking. Would definitely stay here again when in the area!

Fantastic Villa

Absolutely brilliant stay yet again. This was our 2nd stay in this wonderful villa, we absolutely loved it. The villa itself is a great size, really comfortable with plenty of amenities, however it’s the pool/ deck area that steal the show for us. South facing it gets the sun the whole day whilst the lanai offers a great chance to escape from the sun, or sit under while watching the thunderstorms! Unlike many villas that can be very overlooked, this villa feels very private yet so open with views into the golf course. We love it so much we have already booked for next year! Thank you Mark and Karen.
