sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral genug

ein wunderschönes Haus, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nicht zu weit zu den Attraktionen der Umgebung (Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Universal usw.) Einige Kleinigkeiten hätten noch verbessert werden können, aber insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert! Wir würden wieder hinfahren.

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting

We had pretty much everything we needed for our trip. The home was well set up, and had a nice view of the pond. The heated pool was great. The home is set in a small community outside the city. It was just a short trip to parks. Theres a walmart close by. All in all, we are very satisfied with our stay, and we would definitely rent this home again!

2nd stay

This was our 2nd stay at this location. The property manager communicates very well. Had a couple little hiccups but they were handled immediately, Nothing to stop me from returning for a 3rd visit.The house was as promised, cleaned and ready for our vacation. Our first vist was with my wife and 2 younger children, this time we brought our older children and granson along as well. Had enough room to accommodate everyone comfortably. Very happy!!! Thumbs up!!

Excellent Villa

A big thanks to the owner for another very enjoyable and relaxing 4 week stay in Villa Euphoria.The villa is very clean, comfortable, well equipped and in an excellent location with a sparkling heated pool and views over the lake.It is also very convenient for the shops, particularly the Walmart Superstore, restaurants and the Disney and Universal attractions.This was our third visit and we are hoping to make it our fourth next year.

Just ok

We had a fantastic time in orlando we did ask to stay an extra day only because i didn'twant to move somewhere for one day!! The place was ok. Not the cleanest i have been in. There are a TON of rules and i kind of felt like i was in a fish bowl with the cameras on us in the pool and front door all the time. Felt like i was being watched all the time. It is run down and could definitely use some maintenance not just from the local yard sale. You have no control over the air conditioning i can only imagine how hot and miserable it would be in the middle of summer when you cannot turn down the AC. 78 degrees at night is ridiculous to try to sleep in and we always keep the doors shut as the host said this would make the Ac work right but it was still always uncomfortably hot!! I did not try to contact the host to correct this. I will probably find somewhere else next time.

Just okay

We had an okay stay but it was advertised incorrectly. It stated there was a gym which there is no gym whatsoever. You can go pay to get into a gym nearby. Some of our sheets had stains but luckily there were others to change our bed with. The pool was very nice but the pool area had damage to some of the screens so there were a lot of bugs. This could’ve been from the recent hurricane so that was somewhat understandable. The king size bed was extremely uncomfortable and you sunk into a hole then it was hard to move around. The queen size bed was very hard. It felt like you were laying on concrete. The ice maker on the refrigerator did not work and the air conditioner was controlled by the owner. After requesting for him to let us make it colder, he did lower it to 70 degrees. The sliding glass door was broken and hard to open and close. The game room was very dated with an old pool table and foosball table. The crib was a pack and play which was fine. There was also a high chair which came in handy. The neighborhood was decent.

We really only slept at the house. We went on a cruise first and to the parks daily so we never got to enjoy the pool. The house was very nice and accommodated our whole family. It served our needs. Everything you need is close by. I would recommend this house if you like lots of space and quiet which we loved.

Does not sleep 11 ppl. 5 twin bed, 1queen bed, 1 king bed. No futon and air mattress would not stayed pumped up. Best part of the house was the pool. There is no lake behind the house it’s a pond.

Mini vacation

The property was very well located, nice neighborhood, comfortable and quiet. We really didn't spend much time in or at the house because we were down for Disney and Universal studios, so were up early and back late. We did spend 1 day at the house just to relax from all the running around. The pool was nice, the house was comfortable and relaxing. We arrived early and spoke to the property manager. He was very helpful in telling us about places in the area to visit until we could check in. Would definitely consider coming back to this house if we come back to Florida for another visit. We use vrbo for our vacations and this would rank as one of our better experiences.

Spring break

House was in a nice neighborhood semi close to parks. Traffic in the morning is a nightmare so plan on leaving early. The covered pool is a wonderful addition and the home has lots of space for the entire family!! The house itself could use updates, especially the mattress in the master bedroom! It was, quite literally, like laying on a sack of springs and one side droops significantly more than the other. Kitchen knives need replacing/sharpening. The garage converted into a game room is a great idea in concept but is unbearably hot and not usable. The bathrooms need window coverings, you can see into the showers from outside. We used extra blankets supplied in the closets, but not having to worry about that would have been nice. The house was cleaned well before our arrival and outside of property appears to be well mantained. Fishing pond is also a huge plus!! Owner promptly responded to issue with pool and it was corrected in less than 24 hours. Overall communication with hosts from booking to exit was superb and appreciated.

Overall the accommodations were suitable. The only issue we had were the beds. As happened at our last stay with VRBO the beds were very very uncomfortable and for the life of me I don’t understand that. This is not a major investment. It is a purchase that lasts for several years and is so important for guests that rent especially for long term rent. I would like to see VRBO have some standard around mattresses for the houses that you rent. I’ve said this before to no avail but I keep hoping someone at your company can understand the importance of a good night’s sleep.

Just bad...

I mean, it's up to you what you want to extract from your house, but this one should never ever be listed as a vacation home. We arrived at night and went to bet. All looked OK until dawn... Poolside was dirty and there was even food leftovers inside of what looked like a towel basket by the pool... We love to cook, but did not have the courage to do much. The grill, my Goodness. Can't say enough how bad it was. The owner called a nice guy to clean, and he did a nice job. But, to properly clean this house, it's needed a week, at least. By far, the worse rental in my life. Never again.

Just ok…come prepared

Based on previous reviews for this property, we were excited for our stay. Unfortunately upon arrival, we were very quickly disappointed with this house. For starters, you are only provided one paper towel, trash bag, and roll of toilet paper per bathroom - apparently I missed that note when booking. If every guest is required to provide these things, I can almost guarantee there’s a stock pile of leftovers somewhere in the house that can be used for upcoming visitors. No toiletries provided like a hotel would (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, not even hand soap!) and one really old blow dryer. The instructions ask for you to wash towels during your stay so they don’t pile up and do a load of sheets before you leave, but they don’t provide detergent — Makes you wonder how many people washed things with hot water only…yuck. The provided towels were incredibly thin/cheap and seemed pretty old (it’s definitely time for some new ones). The house rules were posted all over the house instead of one central location; I’d suggest putting everything together in a binder in the kitchen since it’s hard to keep track of all the things you must do during your stay to avoid getting hit with extra charges. The grill is a fire hazard and needs to be replaced. If we are ever to stay in the area again, this would not be our choice for lodging nor would we recommend it to others unless it receives a serious upgrade. You get what you pay for... On the bright side, the owners were responsive and the location was nice, quiet, and felt safe.
