Disappointed
St. Regis resort is in the perfect location and the amenities are top notch. However, be mindful who you rent your condo from. Most owners have no clue what is happening inside their units because they hire someone else to manage them. Most people work all year for their one week vacation and should be able to expect at least a clean room but, upon arrival I could tell the unit had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was a small child’s shorts laying in the living room floor and several cheese doodles as well. The sliding doors still had little cheesy handprints on them. While inspecting the bedrooms, I honestly don’t think the sheets on the master bed were clean, as the bedding was just thrown on there. There were six of us in the unit and they gave us 1 towel and 1 wash cloth each. I asked for more but they never showed up. I mean if they don’t want to provide towels, that’s fine, just put it in the description! The TV in one of the guest rooms was broken on arrival and I was told it would be replaced, not the case. The screen door from the guest room balcony door is lying on the balcony!? Don’t use the microwave and the coffee maker at the same time as you will lose power and have to reset the breaker. The door handle on the oven is about to fall off. ALL the rugs in the place are absolutely filthy and the master toilet is sitting on plastic wedges so don’t move too much or it will tilt!! With all the fees and taxes, wepaid over $4000 for this unit and was disappointed.
