St Regis 2406 is a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom oceanfront unit that offers panoramic views of the ocean! The St. Regis offers an onsite restaurant, business center, game room, gym, sauna and more all in one spot. Once you walk into the unit you will be welcomed by an open kitchen and living area with tons of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen with full sized appliances allows you the flexibility to enjoy homemade meals while on vacation. The kitchen opens into the living area that offers a small dining area as well as comfortable seating that offers views of the TV or ocean through the large glass sliding door… take you pick! The master bedroom is set on one side of the unit offering privacy from the two guest bedrooms and features a dedicated full bath. The second two bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the unit and share a full bath. This unit also includes a private covered deck and a washing machine and dryer. The St. Regis offers a large outdoor pool, tennis courts, sauna, gym, charcoal grills and picnic areas and is located on the beautiful North end of Topsail Island.
