Perfect location

This condo was in a perfect location, right on the beach!! The unit was a bit dated but it had everything we needed. The couch was uncomfortable to sit on but that’s not uncommon for sofa beds. I would definitely consider renting again.

Amazing ocean views

Very relaxing

This condo was a great place to stay! It was very clean and well stocked with everything needed from laundry soap to pots and pans. The balcony was a plus with a good view. It was very easy to check in. There’s a great restaurant with great hosts there too. I will definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend

The condo was exactly as advertised.

Our family loved everything about Beachaholic. The private oceanfront balcony was a favorite meeting place. The one issue we encountered was dealt with immediately. We will definitely plan another stay.

Beachaholic week

Visited north topsail and stayed at the condo. Very clean and everything we needed for the beach was already in the unit. The porch is right on the beach!!! Such an amazing time, even during a hurricane. Thank you so much for renting it out to me for a much needed vacation.

Beautifully appointed oceanfront Condo

We loved it from the minute we first entered Beachaholics! Being able to eat meals on the balcony or simply sit inside the glass doors overlooking the beach was a perfect way to relax in this beautifully decorated condo. It had everything available as well to make our stay quite comfortable for us we are looking forward to

Right on the Ocean!

This unit is spacious and clean. Has everything you need as far as dishes and pots and pans are concerned. And they are new, not all beat up like in some rentals. It is directly oceanfront and you can’t beat the views. The pool is also nice and there is a restaurant on site that is excellent!

Mostly good.

Decent stay. Unit was clean. Excellent view from unit! Kitchen had all we needed and more for home cooked meals. Could use some steak knives. Check in and out was a breeze.Furniture in the unit was comfortable and in good shape. Master bed mattress had decent support. Unit floor had soft spot/warped, unit entryway needs ceiling painted [looked to be in processes]. Found mold in dishwasher so we didn't use it. No beach towels as noted by amenities description.There were 3 beach chairs, umbrella and lots of beach toys which was useful and we appreciated having them available.Villa Capriani building was a little run down. Despite their website noting the pools opened April 1, by Apr 15 only the one large pool and two TINY hot tubs were open, other 3 pools closed the whole time of our visit. Because of the small size, hot tubs were always full. One of the two hot tubs was cold/closed the last night of our stay. The hot tub with jets had no working jets. Button to exit pool gate didn't work. No recycling near garbage dumpster.

Clean and Functional Right on The Ocean

Property is as advertised and my suite overlooked the ocean, which was about a football field distance away. I enjoyed the hot tub and pool, which were pleasant in late October. Easy access to the beach. Unit was clean and well maintained.

Loves of my life! My wife, my sister and the ocean

The Beachaholic was just perfect for us. It provides adjoining units with kitchen, living room, laundry as common areas, while keeping the bedrooms and bathrooms private. The views from the balcony and king bedroom are stunning to say the least. All the appliances, utensils and cookware are provided for. The communication with the owner was electronic and understandable. The amenities here were well maintained and staffed. The restaurant has good food for reasonable prices. We had excellent weather, windy for most days, which made it cooler and enjoyable. I felt quite privileged and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved it!

Beautiful Ocean View

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and clean. The view was amazing. We were so close to the ocean, it was incredible. The pools were open but very cold which was disappointing (I had assumed they would have at least one heated pool). There were 2 small hot tubs (just hot water, no bubbles) that we used some when not at the beach. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed a meal at the restaurant which was very good. If more than 4 people staying definitely bring extra towels/washcloths as there are only 4 offered in the unit. Additionally, there is no bedding provided for the pull out couch, luckily I had brought some from home. The beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable (the pull out couch was not comfortable at all). Overall, we had a great time and it was just what we needed.

Wonderful beach location

Excellent view. Loved the elevator. Spacious condo. Full size washer and dryer. Swimming pools looked like they would be attractive and fun in the summer. Wonderful restaurant in the building. Very easy access to the restaurant from this condo. Would love to stay here again if we return to this area.

Pleasant

Very nice property with great views! The restaurant on property was 10/10! My only complaint would be I wish they had left more towels as there were only 2 per bathroom. Also, there were several light bulbs out. Great stay though, will def book again!
