Topsail dunes, villa, where we stayed and we talk to the owner Nancy long our stay was wonderful

Our stay was wonderful the owner Nancy long had everything ready for us when we got there . The villa that we stayed in was furnished beautifully and we had everything we needed in our kitchen to cook and bathrooms or set up for all of our needs. We had a wonderful time.

Love this place!

Absolutely stunning ocean views from the balcony. The condo feels like a home and is very well maintained. It has a spacious updated kitchen with everything you need. Be sure to look out the front door for a spectacular sunset each day!

I am sorry about the elevator. It is a great help when it works. Being an outside elevator, it is subject to perils. There are so many other condos that don't even have an elevator. I am glad you had a great time, otherwise. BTW I can't do stairs at all and would be in a terrible state.

Great Location, Great Views!

The 3 of us really enjoyed our stay. We saw Dancing Dolphins on our first morning playing with surfers! Sunsets every night were spectacular. And the one sunrise we could wake in time to see was equally wonderful. We were there during a full moon, and that, too, was beautiful. Overall the location was perfect and the place was just what we wanted to relax and socially distance.

Can’t say enough about our stay in this lovely condo. Everything you could want or need in this very clean and well appointed condo. The ocean view was beautiful! Nancy was super attentive to our needs and checked in to make sure everything was ok. We will definitely be back next year!!

Condo with beautiful views

This property was very clean and comfortable. One of the cleanest vacation properties I have ever stayed at. The owners have made sure that you have nearly all you need during the stay. The property grounds are nice and the pool was wonderful. There is also a courtyard on the grounds with cot hole, horseshoes, bocce ball, a basketball court, and grilling area. The condo afforded great ocean and soundside views.

Perfect place to relax and enjoy the view

The condo was clean, well furnished and comfortable. We loved watching the sunrise from the deck and in the living room, plus we saw dolphins swimming almost every day! The property is very quiet and I only wish we were there during warmer weather. This was the perfect place to relax and enjoy some family time over Christmas. Nancy is wonderful and is very responsive to questions.

This property was wonderful, view was amazing, and owners were caring and thoughtful. I appreciated the home-like qualities of this rental (there's even a crockpot!). My only suggestion would be bringing bath towels from home as the provided ones are small and threadbare. I Loved the lifeguard chairs on the deck!

Thanks for the 5-star review and for letting me know that the towels had gotten so worn during the rental season. I will be replacing them this weekend with better quality ones. Hopefully, the new ones will last through the rest of the season.

Paradise

The condo itself was wonderful. All appliances were updated and the kitchen was well stocked. The condo owner was easy to contact and correspond with. The pool was well maintained and a hot with our granddaughter.The playground needs some tender loving care as it is very weathered. The VRBO ad listed a hot tub as an amenity, but it was removed several years ago. Overall, we had a fun and relaxing vacation.

2024 Summer Vacation

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Topsail and at this condo. The property was in a great location and has wonderful views of the ocean and the sound. However, the condo did not appear to be properly cleaned prior to our arrival. The floors had not be swept and still had food and sand on them from the prior guests. Also, the glass tables were not cleaned and still had smudges/hand prints. Once we found the sweeper and cleaned up a little, we really enjoyed the rest of our stay.

If I had been notified that there was a problem, I would certainly have had someone come back to correct any questionable cleanliness. Once you have booked, you have my phone number and email address, as well as vrbo link to reach me quickly. It was a new cleaner that weekend who will not be used again.

Relaxing & Wonderful View

This was the perfect relaxing get-away my husband and I needed. We hadnt had a vacation since 2019, and I'm so glad, and grateful, the Long's allowed us to spend it in their home. We couldnt have had a better location! Nancy had the condo decorated SO beautifully (very beachy), and the kitchen was well-equipped, we were able to just kickback and enjoy the week. The location was so peaceful! The far north end of the island allowed us to enjoy the beach from the deck, and the sound from the front porch. PERFECT! We wanted to avoid the hustle & bustle of the more commercialized beaches! I would HIGHLY recommend this location! Thank you! Terry and Jim, Norton OH

Ocean Retreat

We had such an amazing time. The best was the deck with the Red Captain chairs, we sat all day and just watched the Ocean it was beautiful. The Longs went out of their way to make sure we got everything we needed, from the very start of renting Nancy called and made sure we would have just what we needed, she made sure that we arrived and everything was to our liking. The condo is updated and decorated very nicely. it is just adorable. The pictures they have posted are true to what the place looks like. The outside of all the buildings in this condo area are undergoing a refurbishment, they are going to look great, the back side already does. We will definitely be going back. Sherri - Greensboro, NC

We love the immediate access to the beach - no lobby to pass through. We love being able to see the water from every room in the house. Our first view of whales traveling by was while we were lying in bed looking out the window one early Sunday morning. The dolphins playing in front of our windows keep us entertained all year long.
