We're sorry to hear that aspects of your stay didn’t meet expectations. We haven’t previously received comments about a musty odor, and haven’t been able to reproduce it, but we take concerns like this seriously and will continue to monitor it closely. Regarding the sliding door, it does have a kick lock that operates securely—slightly different than a standard handle lock. The garage is available to guests and includes a ping pong table and outdoor shower, with slatted walls for privacy. We're always happy to provide more information in advance to help guests understand the layout, especially for accessibility needs. The home does have stairs due to its elevated design. Since your stay, we’ve power washed the pool deck, porches, and outdoor furniture. We’ve also ordered two additional pool lounge chairs that will be arriving shortly.
