We had a wonderful stay at Heritage House in Sea Pines. The home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was amazing. The rental process was smooth, and communication was easy and clear throughout. We truly loved our time here and would absolutely stay again!

The home was exactly as described. It was extremely clean and everything worked without any issues. We appreciated all of the little extras - full size toiletries in the shower, laundry pods, cooler for the beach, etc. The location is fantastic and our group enjoyed being able to watch the golfers.

This home was fully stocked with everything we needed- and had all the extra "touches" that make a stay feel elevated! Linda and Jay were super responsive and went the extra mile for our family - helped us with packages that arrived before our stay too! They were super helpful anytime we had a question. House was clean- beds were VERY comfortable and location great for walks / rides to beach and harbor town. Would stay again!!

Lovely house

The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. I enjoyed not having to go to the grocery first thing to get coffee for the morning as they already had keurig pods and creamer. We would definitely stay here again.

Stunning home in a Great Sea Pines Location!!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. "Wow" is the only word that comes to mind. We stayed for 9 nights with our children and grandchildren. The covered back porch immediately became the central gathering spot. We were able to simultaneously monitor the kids in the pool and watch the golfers tee off from the 8th hole. Every morning, we took a group bike ride to Harbour Town to look for dolphins. The condition of the property was impeccable and the kitchen was well stocked. The size of the common rooms and bedrooms rooms were spacious enough to allow each family to have their own private space. Linda and Jay at Beachside HHI made booking our vacation simple. They guided us through the process of ordering our bikes ahead of time so they were waiting for us when we arrived. They were available by text and made us feel special. I highly recommend this property.

The house was as advertised. Everything was lovely. The giant island in the kitchen was ideal for our two families to catch up, cook, make crafts, and just be. The living room sofa is huge and could accommodate all 9 of us. The teens loved the bunk room. The hosts were very communicative. We had no complaints. Beautiful home

I absolutely loved the location and home. It was big enough for our crew that came, but honestly could have added a couple more people. It was spacious, very very clean. The kids loved the pool. It was also clean. The owners were very nice, great with communication, and even checked in to make sure everything was going well and the check in process went smoothly. Will definitely come back when we are out this way again.

This place is so much better than what the pictures show. Don’t think twice, book it. The owners thought of everything to make our stay perfect. Would visit again!

We had a long day of travel but were so pleased to arrive to a home that was fully lit up and welcoming! We took advantage of the bike rentals and that was a huge hit! We were able to ride bikes about a mile down to the beach! We even encountered several deer as we made the ride. My children are on a gluten free diet and we found the Seagrass Grille that makes gluten free crepes and pancakes and the G-free Spot that imports gluten free pasta from Italy. Sea Pines Forest Preserve offered a close-up look to alligators and 149 Light House Road offered touristy shops and a gluten ice cream store!

Luxury, Comfort, and Relaxation in Sea Pines!

We had an incredible week at this beautiful home in Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island! The house was immaculately kept, with high-end finishes that made everything feel luxurious. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking and dining in a breeze. The pool, back patio, and stunning golf course views created the perfect setting for relaxation. Despite the cooler weather, the owners happily accommodated our request to heat the pool, and our kids had the best time swimming every day. Communication with the owners was prompt and friendly, making the entire experience seamless. Ordering bikes for our families was also easy, and they were waiting for us upon arrival- a perfect touch for exploring the area. We loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway!

Heritage House is beautiful and perfect for families. We stayed during the Heritage Classic golf tournament with our three adult children, their spouses, and our 3 month-old granddaughter. Not only did we have plenty of room, but the upstairs suite was more isolated, providing a more tranquil space for the baby. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We did have a little problem getting the grill hot enough to cook steaks one night, but that was a minor issue as everything else about the house was excellent.The covered porch, patio, and pool were thoroughly enjoyed by all. We had so much fun watching the golfers come by to the tee box just behind the house.I would be remiss if I didn't mention our hosts, Linda and Jay, who were always quick to respond and provide information.We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
