Weather wasn’t perfect but the location and layout of the house sure was. Loved HH. Quiet, bird watching. Not crowded. Home was lovely and comfortable.

Great Family Vacation

Steps away from the beach. So much space indoors and outdoors for everyone to enjoy. Bike riding along the beach was a treat. Many great restaurants close by. The community was great for walking and biking. Tree lined paths. Top three excursions-Disappearing Island-for a unique experience. Had fun looking for treasures. Dufausky Island-Toured in on golf carts. Rustic island, historical buildings. Great isolated town. Found sand dollars. Coastal Discovery Museum. Some indoor exhibits, but we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor exhibits. Had fun doing the scavenger hunt. Will go back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were nine of us able to spend the week at 14 Spotted Sandpiper and it was a fantastic location for our family. The house accommodated all of us very well. The outdoor area was super nice. The pool was large enough for our kids to swim and several of us to be in at one time. The outdoor spa was so nice. The layout of the home is spread out enough for everyone to have enough room. We had a minor issue with the TV in the living room going out early in our stay. The management team handled the situation immediately and had a brand new one installed within a day. I would highly recommend this home and rental company.

Best Place to Stay in HH!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The path to the beach is right beside the back yard and in. 2 minute walk you are in an area that feels like a private beach! The property comes with a cart and the beach rental equipment associated with the rental company delivered before we arrived. The pool is perfect with lots of toys and an area in the shallow in where the lounge chairs fit in the pool, which was so relaxing and refreshing. The rooms are big and there are 2 refrigerators, with one located close to the pool, which was nice to store drinks. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need and the grill was great. It was so nice that we could bring our pup along too. We will definitely rent this house again on our next trip to Hilton Head!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, fairly well equipped kitchen. Hot water was an issue. It never really got hot. We did not report it. Wasn't worth the trouble. We assume the hot water tank temperature is turned down. But sink in master bedroom closest to the pool has zero hot water in the outside sink, not the one in the bathroom. Parking is also an issue. We had three vehicles and had a difficult time getting in and out. The proximity to the beach is perfect. I would not rent again if there is a price increase.

Perfect for our 3 family needs. 2nd house from the beach, allowing us to go back and forth as much as we wanted.Pool was a wonderful easy hang out spot. My grandson age 5, thought it was The Best! Yard guard is needed for around the back yard area. Kitchen had everything we needed. ( I brought a grater for meal prep, but they actually had one. The kitchen really did have everything you needed. The extra refrigerator was especially nice for drinks. Bath and pool towels a plenty! Great storage opportunities for clothes , shoes, food and hooks for towels etc.FYI, Sea Pines has a recycle trailer at the Shops at Sea Pines , google the days and times.I would definitely book this home again .

Vacation Made Easy

Great room/patio room/dining/kitchen area combined in excellent way to be together but with space. Lots of door options made it easy to come/go without interrupting others. Attractive hot tub of brick, not typical molded insert. Better for a group. Sky light in queen bed room useful for us but may not be for all (we are early risers). Thoughtfulness displayed in starter needs (toilet paper, dish soap, laundry needs). Shower curtain in middle bath could be a bit longer to prevent dripping. Outdoor shower by pool had warm water and hose for bike/feet rinsing - useful in October. A keeper. Thank you for hosting us.

Very close to the beach (right on the path and you can easily hear the waves even if you can’t see them.) House was very clean and well stocked with toiletries, and cleaning supplies for our stay. Rental company is one of the best we have used over the decades. Such an added bonus for us to be able to take the dogs with us. 😊

We'll do it again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All was as expected with this propertyand we intend to reserve it for next year. Well equipped and a two minute walk to the beach. There was one surprise however. The property is pet friendly but isn't fenced around the back. There are two gates which appear to be newly installed......They look 'nice' but are easy to walk around. There is a hedge but that will not prevent dogs or children from entering or, in our case, escaping. As the property is blessed with a great pool and hot tub one would have thought a fence was mandatory but perhaps the laws in SC differ to other States. It proved to be nuisance as our dog could easily have strayed if we didn't have her on a long leash tied to the garden furniture. Having said that it didn't detract from the enjoyment of our weeks stay. . I highly recommended it to others although the photographer did take some liberties with some of the interior shots. Nothing major but the bathroom in one of the king bedrooms was somewhat different to expectations. All in all we had an excellent week and as mentioned will be looking to return to next year.

Coastal Home & Villa was one of the best rental companies we have used in the many decades we have stayed in Sea Pines. The ease of getting the parking passes to us as well as getting into the house was excellent. The supply of toiletries was great and the house was very clean.
