This was a beautiful place to stay. The host was extremely nice and responsive. The condo was extremely clean, well equipped, and beautiful. It had a fantastic view of the beach down below in a very secure building. It was a two mile beautful walk to Old town. Many nice restaurants and bars close by. The beach across the street was one of the more beautiful beaches that we have seen. We loved this place and feel that you will not be disappointed with this rental.

The condo was exactly as described and pictures shown by PR Short Term Rentals. Clean and well-maintained, probably of the better renovated units in a moderately good building. Communciation was prompt, and clear. Check-in and check-out was clean and simple. They have flexibility for time, for a small additional hourly fee.

Convenient and nice

The apartment was clean and in a great location! The beaches were easily accessible all along the road. Parking was sometimes a challenge, as there sometimes weren’t enough spaces for everyone. So much fun for our first time visiting! We were not disappointed, just wish we could have stayed a bit longer! Be prepared for the extreme humidity outside! Room stayed nice and cool though.

Excellent Alternative to Over-Priced Hotels

My husband and I stayed with our adult daughter and husband for 2 nights, and we could have used more time to enjoy the activities nearby. A snorkeling tour at Escambron Beach was a highlight of our vacation so far (saw sea turtles and a manatee). It’s a short drive to Old San Juan, and you just wander down the street to find restaurants. We have stayed at several different Condado hotels over the years, but the prices have gone way up. It cost us less than half the price of two hotel rooms to stay in a clean and beautifully decorated space with free parking. The host was very responsive to questions, and even forwarded a Tsunami warning to us (no way we would have known about it otherwise). We plan to return in the future and take advantage of more activities.

Perfect Location & Nice Interior design

We booked this stay for my friend’s birthday. My group & I loved the decor and space. The interior design was amazing and the black robes were so comfortable! This spot comes with a washer and dryer which is convenient for beach visits. We do wish the check-in details were sent to us prior to our arrival with the lockbox code & specific parking details. We had to wait for the host to respond so that was a little inconvenient, however they were helpful when they responded. It was unclear how to use the white card to open and close the gate. Luckily we ran into one of the residents so had to show us. We also didn’t know there was sunscreen, card games, and local suggestions in the drawer where the tv is. I think that by adding these details in the listing and sending the lockbox code out sooner that will make the check-in process more seamless. Other than that, we did enjoy our stay.
