The Space:
A beautiful bright 1bedroom 1 bath full kitchen cottage. All fresh cozy down comforter and cotton linens, comfortable bed. Cottage is perfect for 2. Step outside and listen to the ocean from private cozy sitting area see pics! A quick walk to beach town store and restaurants. We are at the base of Mount Tamalpais across the way from some of the most popular trails in Northern California, Matt Davis, Dipsea, cardiac hill trails. Fully stocked kitchen. The Coffee and wine are for you to enjoy. Thank you for the opportunity to host your visit.

Guest Access:
Once confirmed you should be able to access self check in. As you drive into the property you will the see parking area the cottage will be on your right behind the bamboo and the wooden fence. The gate will be open and the keypad will be to the right of the door.

The Neighborhood:
Located at the base of Mt. Tamalpais, Stinson Beach is surrounded by nature and wonderful places to experience. The beach, stores, restaurants, Matt Davis and Dipsea Trail are just a few steps away. Muir Woods, Bolinas, Pt. Reyes are fun day trips. Parkside morning coffee and fab pastries, the Siren Canteen tacos at the beach and Sand Dollar oysters are a short walk away. Enjoy!

Getting Around:
Our cottage is located in the center of town. A quick stroll to the beach. At the base of Mt. Tamalpais, Matt Davis and Dipsea trail. Most folks park and walk everywhere! Most times they tell us they didn't start the car again until the day they checked out (:

Other Things to Note:
This is 1 of 8 very special cottages in Stinson Beach. The property is unique in that it is located on a large parcel in the center of stinson beach village. Each enjoys its own private outdoor area and designated parking spot. Please be sure to park at your parking spot which reflects your cottage number #6. All other spots are reserved for the remaining cottages. Any additional cars must park outside the property. Please remember the town of Stinson is on septic so PLEASE nothing but TP even if it says flushable. Important to note prior to booking with us in the event you have specific allergies to certain cleaning products. We are committed to following Airbnb’s strict cleaning protocol which has been elevated since Covid. We use Lysol disinfectant, Pinesol and Clorox bleach to clean our cottage after every single checkout. All windows and doors are opened during cleaning and every surface is wiped down with disinfectant. Please let us know total guests so we can prepare the cottage accordingly. We look forward to walking out to the beach!
