Dieses gemütliche Cottage bietet Blick auf das Stinson Beach Village. Dieses Cottage liegt gleich um die Ecke vom Stinson Beach Market und verfügt über französische Türen, die sich zur Terrasse mit Blick auf das Dorf Stinson Beach und das große blaue Meer öffnen. Das Cottage verfügt über einen Gasherd, Highspeed-WLAN, einen Flachbild-HD-TV und eine große Terrasse mit Gasgrill und Außendusche. Zusätzlich zum Queensize-Bett verfügt das Gerät über eine ausziehbare Couch für ein oder zwei kleine Kinder. Diese Couch ist nicht bequem für Erwachsene. Es ist eines von zwei nebeneinander liegenden Schwesterhäusern, die einzeln oder zusammen mit einem Rabatt gemietet werden können (Preise erfragen). Sie teilen sich ein durchgehendes Deck (durch ein Schiebetor getrennt) mit Panoramablick auf das Meer. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Unterkunft über eine ziemlich lange Hügeltreppe erreichbar ist. Wonderful Vacation Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really like this place. The best thing about this rental property is the sweeping view of Bolinas Bay and the Pacific Ocean. It has a nice deck, with two comfortable padded lounge chairs and a small coffee table, in addition to a separate outdoor dining table. It's a short drive or walk to the beach. It's close to restaurants and food market. The cottage is several flights of stairs from the street. Carrying the luggage up and down the flights of stairs was quite a workout for me.

The stairs leading to the space are long, and if you have heavy luggage it is a hassle. There were a few amenities missing, but on the whole it was well outfitted. There is a very nice deck to enjoy the limited water views, but the best part was the location. Easily walk to shops, restaurants, the ocean, and wedding venues. Barely had to use the car, which was good because getting in and out of the parking space is a pain.

Challenge with property

There was no dedicated place to park. Had to fend for ourselves with street parking and had to walk 1/2 mile to get back to the property. Was not well communicated about parking scenario. Also there is no safety railing to walk down the path to the property and back up. Can lose balance especially if you are hauling a suitcase. Found out that property owners around the property are fighting over a newly built parking area that is under construction. All in all if we had known about the above challenges would not have stayed there and definitely do not recommend to anyone else until they have parking and safety walking railings resolved and completed.

Street parking is very common in Stinson Beach, and is mentioned in the listing. We're sorry that your SUV was so large that you had to park it further uphill where the road widens. New stairs and railings are now in place!

Wonderful home within walking distance to the beach. The home was clean and had basic kitchen supplies. Bed was comfortable and the home was clean. The deck and outdoor shower were the highlights of this home. We enjoyed our stay!!

The parking is obnoxious - if we had a medium or large car, we would not have fit in. Perhaps painted slots on the street would help. Great Beach House!
