The full kitchen has everything you’ll need for making delicious home-cooked meals, including modern appliances and plenty of counter space. There are several grocery stores located in the nearby vicinity, and plenty of great restaurants to try if you don’t feel like cooking.







Guest Access:



Guests can access the entire home, the beachfront swimming pool, the outdoor spaces including the community tennis court, and front parking spots.

Getting Around:



There are two parking spaces for vehicles in the driveway. In addition, there is overflow parking nearby at the owner's only clubhouse, which is just a short walk away. Note that guests are not allowed golf carts or RV/trailer parking in this community.







Other Things to Note:



We are currently transitioning the house away from allowing pets in 2026. No new bookings with pets will be accepted starting in January. Please no pets allowed!







Please note that golf carts are not allowed in the La Valencia neighborhood. There is exterior video surveillance at this property for your safety and security.







We do not condone any illegal internet usage, drugs, or violence and you will be asked to leave the premises immediately if performing any illegal activities on or around the property.

We get a lot of joy from helping our guests have a wonderful vacation on the beach and take pride in our prompt, kind, and action-oriented service. We have an amazing guest services team that is available for you should any issues arise during your stay. Your direct point of contact throughout your stay is Noelle!
