We never used the pool and were disappointed the restrooms had signs “out of order”. I contacted Blue Swell but never heard back. I guess renters weren’t allowed to use them. It was a long walk back to the house.

Beautiful beach stay

We took a group of 8 soon to be college Freshmen to the house. We loved the private entrance to beach w pool and clean restrooms. Easy beach access and uncrowded beach space. Well equipped kitchen with patio grill were easy to use & prepare meals. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space for air mattresses.

The pool and hot tub near the condo and in the pictures are not available to the renters. We are Platinum VRBO renters and this was our worst experience ever. The owners in this neighborhood definitely do not like renters. The host would not allow us to load our tv app (Direct TV)The TV has extremely limited channels for live TV. When I told the host I wanted to watch the Masters and would remove our app when I left I was told to go to a local sports bar. I have the text if there is any question of this. A lot of the dishes and pans were dirty. The cookware and utensil's should be replaced. We rent in PCB every year and would never return to this unit. If you want to have fun at the beach look elsewhere.

Our stay was fine. We liked the house, the location, and the beach. Management company communication was good and the process was easy. However, the fact that it is a private neighborhood with an HOA and a small handful of full time residents that police and harass the short term renters will keep us from coming back to this location.

Beautiful and central location

This home was absolutely beautiful, the rooms were spacious, big kitchen, and a bathroom for each room. The property was very clean, and located in an area close to many restaurants, stores and most importantly a walk away from a gorgeous beach. We had a great stay, we ran out of propane, for the grill, on the first day and they brought a backup right away. I will definitely be staying there again if I am in the area and the property is available. Thank you Jason for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great Spring Break

Wonderful property. Very clean and well maintained. Great spot right in between PCB and Rosemary Beach with very little traffic and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Loved the proximity to the beach and loved having the beach front pool and bathrooms, very convenient. Only thing that would have been nice to know is the clubhouse and neighborhood pool are for property owners only

Property was very clean and spacious for the four of us. We had a short trip but it was just what we needed. Check in was a breeze with a simple code, never had to worry about keys or cards. In a wonderful and quiet gated community with private pool and beach just a two minute walk away across the street (which was never very busy). The one issue we had was water coming from the bottom of the fridge, which we determined was from the ice maker being turned on to make ice. Immediately contacted the property manager and they had someone come out that afternoon while we were at the beach. Never had another issue! We would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Good location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a god trip. House sleeps plenty but living space lacking, as kitchen/den is same size as one bedroom. Easy walk to beach and nice to have pool at beach.
