Since that December 2023 stay, we’ve made substantial upgrades at our Sebring Lake Josephine 9BR/4.5BA lakefront vacation rental (sleeps 25) to deliver a cleaner, better-maintained home for large groups and family reunions: Roof & living room: leak repaired by a licensed roofer; ceiling and adjacent areas restored and inspected after heavy rains. Doors & comfort: doors re-hung and weatherstripping replaced to remove gaps and improve A/C efficiency. Pest prevention: partnered with a licensed provider for recurring interior/exterior treatments and added pre-arrival inspections and protective bedding. Operations: onboarded a new professional management company and new cleaning team with detailed quality-control checklists between stays. We appreciate the opportunity to improve, and we’re committed to a consistently clean, well-kept Sebring lakehouse experience with beautiful water views, ample gathering spaces, and reliable amenities for your next visit.

I had taken care of these guest by having the sheets and other missing items delivered within two hours. It was placed on the front step and they never saw the items.l unfortunately.
