A Luxurious Retreat with Excellent Communication!

Our stay at this VRBO rental was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we booked, communication with the owners was exceptional. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating, ensuring that all our questions were promptly answered and that we had all the information we needed for a seamless check-in process. The property itself was stunning. Spacious, beautifully furnished, and meticulously maintained, it exceeded our expectations in every way. We especially enjoyed spending time in the outdoor areas. The location was also perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. Yet, despite its convenience, the rental offered a sense of privacy and tranquility that made it feel like our own little oasis. Overall, our experience at this VRBO rental was nothing short of fantastic. We can't thank the owners enough for their hospitality and for providing such a wonderful place to stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable getaway with excellent communication and unparalleled luxury. We can't wait to return!

Amazing property & lakefront experience. This needs to be your next rental.

We booked a long weekend for the 4th of July for family and friends. The booking and check-in was a frictionless process. The host was welcoming, helpful, and available. The property was perfectly located on one of the best lakes in the area and has anything that is needed within minutes (restaurants, grocery store, etc...). There was plenty of space to fit our party of twenty-two very comfortably. The property had amazing lake views and outdoor amenities with a boat ramp within minutes. The dock comfortably fit our 19 ft. boat and jetski. Everything was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better lakehouse. We highly recommend and plan on returning at our next visit to the area.

Perfect For Big Family Fun

Beautiful house but I noticed there was not a review since 6/2019 I rented I'm 6/2020. Ww had 20 people total I think. Ages ranged from 5-80. We were able to park out boat at the house dock. We spent 4days 3 night here. Now let get started with the review... I want to start with the negative because people get tired of reading but I want everyone to have an accurate review. This house does have so much more positive than negative overall. Cleanliness was mediocre in my opinion. There were plenty of spider webs in the corners of the ceiling. The ac vents in the house has water damage around them. It is from the condensation from the ac running all day. We found left over food in the fridge and 2 pieces of clothes that did not belong to our group. The studio house was beautiful but the window AC didn't work so being it was 80 plus degrees in that area it could not be used. There are 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms in the garage which was perfect. The game room had 2 huge TVs a casino game table and pingpong/ pool table and multiple board and card games. The kitchen had everything you need to cook in. Coffee/Keurig machine, waffle maker and a extra ice maker which we didn't know how to work. There are 4 garbage cans but they were not completely empty when we arrived so that created an issue for us after 3 days. Now I will review outside the house. The lake dock had bugs covering plugs sockets lights etc. So that area is never cleaned. There are 2 fans on the dock but they didn't work. The remote to the fan also had bad batteries. The lights at the docks didn't work either. We did get the rope lights and the lights for the dock bottom to come on. There is plenty of wicker seating on the top and bottom dock but not a cushion in site to put on the wicker seating. So needless to say after a while seating was not comfortable. The trampoline was fabulous but after the 2 day there we heard a loud noise while jumping. Upon inspection we found there were broken and rusted springs on trampoline. Not safe for heavy jumping. The Lake bottom around the dock in the shallow area was clean sand. The house location was awesome. Close to downtown Like 2 or 3 miles. 2-3 miles from Publix dominoes wendy's etc. 20 min from Hammock State Park. Also close to a wine vineyard and the Rum/vodka sugar distillery which has tours music and food on site. I will book again after knowing these issues are addressed/repaired. My niece said on multiple occasions "THIS IS MY BEST LIFE EVER "

This is our second year at this property and they are wonderful. The owners and the property mgmt team are great to work with...Can't say enough about them or the property. Awesome lake house with great amenities—everything you need for cooking and bathrooms and bedrooms!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this lake house and location. We were all comfortable and surprised by the amenities and expansive back porch. Lots of options for sleeping configurations and game playing. We loved playing music inside and outside even down by the dock. Lots of places to spread out and visit or to be together with a large group. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are fully loaded. Great place for a family reunion.

One of a Kind

Fantastic Lake Place!! House, deck and docks on lake!! Perfect for relaxing, swimming, boating, tubing, etc!!! There was even a trampoline at end of one dock!! Great for kids of all ages with as much fun for rainy days with a pool table , craps, and ping pong!!!our teenagers enjoyed it all!!! Would of course love to go back !!!

My husband and I, along with our friends & family occupied this beautiful spacious home for the weekend in April 2018... First off, the owner was so accommodating and helpful with every question.. as this was my first VRBO rental I had many questions... Upon arrival, breathtaking.... The home has a beautiful spacious kitchen stocked with everything you need to begin your stay... The bathrooms were stocked with tons of towels, fresh, fluffy and thick towel for our guests... they loved them... The home has two levels, the bottom level has bedrooms/bathrooms and a huge game room with beautiful lake views... The main floor has beautiful views of the lake from every window on this floor, two huge living rooms, fireplace, and a spiral stair case.. The master suite is essentially on the 3rd floor overlooking one of the second floor living room... There is a separate guest suite with a full bath and kitchen.... There is a huge spacious nice table that accommodated all our guests, The table has seating for 24 people... There is grill outside, but we had food catered to allow more time for us to enjoy our family & friends... The home was equip with an ipod set up for music streaming throughout the house which we loved... The outside patio area was quite and the sunset, lake views were so picturesque... Stunning sunset views... If you are looking for a family gathering this is definitely your home... There is so much room it's unbelievable... the pictures just do not do it justice.... We absolutely loved this home....

Beautiful home with tons of room for a large family!

We enjoyed our stay with extended family in this beautiful home. Perfectly located on lake June with a place to dock our boat and plenty of room to spread out. The game room was a hit and we were able to relax on the upper and lower decks. Looking forward to going back in the summer!

Perfect for a family reunion

This lovely home on Lake June was perfect for our family reunion. There was plenty of room to spread out, with beds and bedrooms to spare. Media room, pool table, foosball gave everyone something to do. The large table on the deck was perfect for dinner outside when the weather was warm enough. The home is well supplied with towels, eating utensils and cooking equipment.
