Relax in Daytona Beach on the Miracle Mile in this spacious 4 bedroom home!

Salty Sunrise sits right across the road from the ocean. Located in the Daytona/Daytona Beach Shores area known as the “Miracle Mile”, this stretch of houses sits on the biggest and best lots beachside. This welcoming home is less than 8 miles from the Daytona International Speedway and 4 miles from the Daytona Boardwalk and Pier. This 4 bedroom home consists of an oversized Livingroom with a leather couch, 2 reclining chairs, and 2 large ottomans with a huge 65” flat screen TV. The diningroom has a table for 6, with an eat in kitchen and room for 3 more at the bar, plus a 45" flat screen TV. Kitchen is equipped with a flat top stove, oven, toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, 4 slot toaster, plus all the dishes, cups, utensils, pots, pans and bakeware you'll need. The common bathroom has a vanity, features a tub and shower combination and of course a toilet. There is a linen closet stocked with all your bathroom towels and extra sheets as needed, with a washer and dryer on site. There are 3 King beds and one Queen bed for your sleeping comfort. All bedrooms have 42" flat screen TV's, ceiling fans and closets with hangers and dressers with plenty of room for all your shorts and swimsuits! Salty Sunrise has wifi and all TV's are wifi equipped to stream your favorite shows if you choose. The master bathroom really isn't a bathroom, but more of a work in progress, with room for one person at a time to shower and brush their teeth. At some point in the future, we will be remodeling and expanding this bathroom into what it should be. Salty Sunrise has a privately fenced, large in ground swimming pool, complete with pool towels, lounge chairs, a variety of floats and a concrete table. The pool is not heated at this time and is 3ft at the shallow end and goes to 8ft at the deepest part, so please follow our pool rules to ensure your safety! The front of the house has a small driveway on A1A, which may deter some, but our secret advantage is an additional private back driveway off Ridge Rd with plenty of parking and room for your stay. We even have room for your trailers if you're bringing motorcycles, custom cars or boats! The small section of the garage that faces the house is also included in your stay and where the grill and pool floats can be found, however, this section is not to be used for parking of any motorized vehicles, as we have several vital underground systems located around the doors. There are also beach chairs and toys with a wagon for use to walk to the beach or for use at the grocery store. At this time, use of the 24' x 26' large bay in the garage is not included, but may be requested for an additional fee. We have several walk on beach accesses to choose from, starting at just 2/10th of a mile away and are shown in the pictures. Enjoy your cup of coffee taking in the sunrise from the front of the house and then relax and enjoy the sunset from the back of the house on our fenced in deck. With so much to see and do in the Daytona Beach area, you will never be bored. Or if relaxing is more your style, Salty Sunrise is the place to be!

My family of 6 (youngest being 11) enjoyed this home so much! They had everything you would need plus things you wouldn’t even think about needing. The wagon and beach chairs were such an added bonus! The location is perfect… quick walk to beach plus quick drive in either direction for food/necessities. None of us were ready to leave and wished we could have moved in permanently LOL Jk!

Great Location for Daytona Racing!

Nice house with comfortable beds, good wifi, and plenty of room. Great parking for at least 3-4 cars in the rear of the home, plus parking in the front. 15-20 minutes to Daytona Speedway.

Amazing Location

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The location was perfect with such close proximity to the beach. The pool was enjoyed by all even though temps were a little lower than we would have liked. The house was exactly as described and very well maintained. Already looking at dates to come back!

Won’t be disappointed !

The house was super clean and very roomy ! Huge yard and large pool with privacy fence. Just outside all the traff C and plenty of parking for a boat and truck and 2 cars. Would stay again , highly recommended.

Our stay here was perfect. By far our best vacation. The location was perfect with just a short walk to the beach and having the pool for the kids was a godsend. The house was very clean and spacious. The host was super easy to communicate with. 10 out of 10 reclmmend!

Definitely a Great Location to enjoy your away time. Came here with my nephews for Biie Week. This place is in a nice quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed every minute. Anything you need is minutes away. Host is always available for any questions via email, text or phone call. Wish we could have stayed longer. If available next year I hope to booked it again.

The house and the much needed parking for our vintage race cars was perfect. The location was great for all the car events we went to and close to all our favorite places to eat. The house was very well laid out and had nice furnishings and a wonderful well equipped kitchen. We hope to be back next year.

Little outdated, but owner states updates are on the way. Front bedrooms are noisy being right on A1A. Beach access closed due to house being built where it is.

I appreciate your review. I just want to clarify the beach access you’re referring to, was discontinued over a year ago. The closest beach access is a little less than 4/10 of a mile from the house and can be seen from the front yard. I wanted to make sure guests were aware, because who doesn’t want to walk on the beach! I made sure to clearly explain it in my property description, along with pictures, to help guests with their short walk to the beach access. Back to the Roots vintage race cars

This is our second year and hopefully we will be back next year. We go to the events before the Nascar race in February for the old race cars. There is plenty of room to park our trucks and trailers that we haul our cars on. The house is great for spending time with friends or family. Large kitchen and dining combination great for visiting with each other. Very large living room. Very nice as described. Fantastic location.

Annual father and son trip to the 500.

The house was in a great location and fit our family perfectly. I liked the four bedrooms with king beds(3), great kitchen and a perfect dinning area which became our center for everything. The pool looked great but was too cold to take a swim. We had to extend for one night and the interaction with the owner was very easy and quick. I really love this place and look forward to next year.

House was just as described.Not too Boujie where you are scared to bump a wall, but not trash either. Check In was so easy. Didn't use the Enormous living room very much but Plenty of space! Will def book again. Thank you for the use of your beautiful Home away from home.

Our home sits on one of the biggest lots in Daytona Beach, which provides plenty of room for families to enjoy! One of our biggest advantages is having 2 separate driveways and entrances. One right off A1A, or if you are bringing boats, motorcycles, classic cars, campers or trailers, we have a big bonus driveway on the back side of the house on Ridge Road with lots of extra parking and easy access.
