Relax in Daytona Beach on the Miracle Mile in this spacious 4 bedroom home!

Salty Sunrise sits right across the road from the ocean. Located in the Daytona/Daytona Beach Shores area known as the “Miracle Mile”, this stretch of houses sits on the biggest and best lots beachside. This welcoming home is less than 8 miles from the Daytona International Speedway and 4 miles from the Daytona Boardwalk and Pier. This 4 bedroom home consists of an oversized Livingroom with a leather couch, 2 reclining chairs, and 2 large ottomans with a huge 65” flat screen TV. The diningroom has a table for 6, with an eat in kitchen and room for 3 more at the bar, plus a 45" flat screen TV. Kitchen is equipped with a flat top stove, oven, toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, 4 slot toaster, plus all the dishes, cups, utensils, pots, pans and bakeware you'll need. The common bathroom has a vanity, features a tub and shower combination and of course a toilet. There is a linen closet stocked with all your bathroom towels and extra sheets as needed, with a washer and dryer on site. There are 3 King beds and one Queen bed for your sleeping comfort. All bedrooms have 42" flat screen TV's, ceiling fans and closets with hangers and dressers with plenty of room for all your shorts and swimsuits! Salty Sunrise has wifi and all TV's are wifi equipped to stream your favorite shows if you choose. The master bathroom really isn't a bathroom, but more of a work in progress, with room for one person at a time to shower and brush their teeth. At some point in the future, we will be remodeling and expanding this bathroom into what it should be. Salty Sunrise has a privately fenced, large in ground swimming pool, complete with pool towels, lounge chairs, a variety of floats and a concrete table. The pool is not heated at this time and is 3ft at the shallow end and goes to 8ft at the deepest part, so please follow our pool rules to ensure your safety! The front of the house has a small driveway on A1A, which may deter some, but our secret advantage is an additional private back driveway off Ridge Rd with plenty of parking and room for your stay. We even have room for your trailers if you're bringing motorcycles, custom cars or boats! The small section of the garage that faces the house is also included in your stay and where the grill and pool floats can be found, however, this section is not to be used for parking of any motorized vehicles, as we have several vital underground systems located around the doors. There are also beach chairs and toys with a wagon for use to walk to the beach or for use at the grocery store. At this time, use of the 24' x 26' large bay in the garage is not included, but may be requested for an additional fee. We have several walk on beach accesses to choose from, starting at just 2/10th of a mile away and are shown in the pictures. Enjoy your cup of coffee taking in the sunrise from the front of the house and then relax and enjoy the sunset from the back of the house on our fenced in deck. With so much to see and do in the Daytona Beach area, you will never be bored. Or if relaxing is more your style, Salty Sunrise is the place to be!
