Willkommen in Daytona Beach Shores, wo "Das Leben hier besser ist".

Wir laden Sie ein, zu sehen, warum unsere Familie seit vielen Jahren Daytona Beach besucht und haben jetzt dieses saubere und entspannende Strandhaus nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom berühmtesten Strand der Welt gekauft!

Es ist unsere dritte Saison! Der Pool wurde im Januar 2019 gerade komplett erneuert. Das Haus wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett renoviert. Eine brandneue Küche mit brandneuen Geräten! Neue Porzellanfliesenböden! Neue Möbel und Betten! Das gesamte Haus wurde frisch gestrichen und wartet auf Ihre Ankunft. Alles ist "Bright & Beachy" :) sogar kostenloses WLAN im ganzen Haus.

Wir haben 3 Schlafzimmer, alle mit neueren bequemen Betten. 2 Bäder mit Handtüchern. ** Für 6 Erwachsene bequem. **

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche für einfachen Zugang.

Es gibt zwei Gästezimmer - eines mit 1 brandneuen Queensize-Bett und das andere mit 2 Einzelbetten. Wir haben zwei Klappbetten für die siebte und achte Person. Das Gäste-WC ist mit einem Doppelwaschbecken mit Dusche / Badewanne ausgestattet.

Unser Grundriss ist perfekt für die Unterhaltung. Die Schlafzimmer liegen in den Hauptbereichen. Perfekt für Kinder, die schlafen. Eltern können den Spaß fortsetzen! Gäste können die Außendeak-Dusche nach einem Tag am Strand nutzen, ein erfrischendes Bad im privaten (nicht beheizten) Pool nehmen oder sich auf der neuen Poolterrasse sonnen!

Entspannen Sie sich im Florida-Zimmer oder genießen Sie einen Cocktail auf der neuen Granitinsel in der Küche. Sorgen Sie sich nicht darum, nicht genug Platz zu haben, denn wir haben genug! Genießen Sie eine Partie Tischtennis in der abgeschirmten Garage!

Beach Toys: Wir haben dich bedeckt. Die besten Liegestühle, Wagen, Kühler, Sandspielzeug, Sportgeräte und mehr hier für Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts.

Ort: Schritte zum Strand! Intracoastal Wasserstraße Ansichten von Ihrem Esszimmer-Fenster. Dieses Strandhaus befindet sich in der Nähe der besten Restaurants, einem Starbucks, Lebensmittelgeschäften, Parks, Outdoor-Fitness-Center, Golf, Boots- und Jetski-Verleih und allen Attraktionen von Daytona Beach!

Sie können in Orlando sein, um die Weltklasse-Parks (Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, etc.) innerhalb von 90 Minuten zu besuchen.

Beobachten Sie die Sonnenuntergänge von der Vorderseite aus, denn wir befinden uns direkt gegenüber dem Intracoastal Waterway oder gehen Sie in weniger als 5 Minuten zum "Sunset Park".

Perfect family retreat

We absolutely had the best beach vacation! Anything you could want was included with the house. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, pool toys, etc The kitchen had all the pots, pans and dishes needed for a family meal. It was clean and decorated super cute!! We would definitely come back again.

Perfect spot!

This is the perfect beach house! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was close enough to Daytona Beach, but it was nice to drive away from everything and go "home" at the end of the day. We also enjoyed walking to the beach. Beautiful property in a nice neighborhood

The beach house was better than expected, photos don’t do it justice! The hosts were gracious and left information on things to do nearby, menus with food recommendations and a lovely welcome snack basket that was appreciated, especially after a long travel day! We’ll definitely book again!

Great place for any vacation but we were there for biketoberfest. Lots of room in the driveway

Nice home lots of room for 4 people. Great parking for trucks and trailers and motorcycles. Only down side is pool wasn’t heated and we had cold weather at night. Nice warmer days so it would have been nice to get in pool after a day of riding. Great place!!!!

The proximity of the house to the beach and the pool met the needs of four active teenagers and their grandparents.There is lots to do in that area. We have enjoyed it for years. It’s nice to find a house that comfortably fits the family.

Amazing vacation

This is the second year in a row that my family has stayed in this rental. The house is clean and provides a great home away from home, you’re sad to leave it at the end of the week. Everything about this house is awesome!! It was way beyond our expectations, it is stocked with everything you could think of. We had a lot of rain that week and the granddaughters (7 & 10) and the adults were able to enjoy the game room! And watch the storms from the sunroom. The communication with the owners was great!! just what we hoped it would be

It’s just the right size for a family; with lots of shade and of course the pool was very nice. Near perfect location too just a few minutes walk to the ocean, and Publix and our 2 favorite restaurants were also within easy walking distance (Genovese’s and The Cracked Egg). We also loved the games and the inflatable pool floats. About the only glitch was the TV, which didn’t work from day one. Fortunately TV watching was pretty low on our priorities so that wasn’t a big problem.

Perfect in every way!!

We loved this property! The neighborhood is super quiet yet close to everything we wanted. We come to Daytona often and prefer to stay on the south end. The beaches are gorgeous and easily accessible. Beach access was convenient to this property and it had everything we needed. The kids love the game room and we lived that it was on the opposite end of the house so we didn’t have to hear them! The pool was so nice and the back yard is gorgeous. We always come back to Daytona but next time we’re staying again at Seas the Day! Clearly you guys have already thought of everything needed for a beach trip. Oh! And the beds are super comfy too!!

Options!

Well "Old Man Weather" certainly did us no favors! But the property came up "Aces". The game room was awesome for indoor activities, the living room gave us lots of room to gather for music, table games, and TV. Beyond the pool area, there was a great space for outdoor games (equipment from garage). And the dining/kitchen area gave us room for all. Even though that wild storm brought temps too low for swimming the first half of the week, we enjoyed sitting around the pool and in the Florida room day and evening. Of course daily trips to the beach and park were so fun with crazy waves and easy walking. And all six of us made it to the top of the Light House! So great house (everything we needed and more), great food recommendations, and great hosts! Thank you.

Great place to go for a family!

Had a great time at this house! Barb was with us every step of the way responding to questions in minutes. The house was spotless. Stayed in quite a few beach houses on here that had bug problems. Used to live at a beach- it’s almost impossible to not have at least a few. I DIDNT SEE A SINGLE BUG THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE IN THE HOUSE! That alone to me is worth every penny! The house is not run down at all- everything is comfortable from the furniture to the beds. The kitchen is well stocked and made lunches easy. There are floats and comfortable chairs for the pool. It’s in a good convenient spot- we skipped the beach a few days and just stayed in the backyard pool with the kids. They had two roll away cots and the kids and the grandma actually just ended up sleeping in the living room the whole time. Two bathrooms were plenty for us 6. Hot water was not an issue. The washer and drier worked well. The garage has a screen on it so you can open the door and get some sun/breeze when playing in the game room. The beach is 2-3 blocks away. Went to the speedway and it was 15 minutes. Dinner was the same or less time wherever you go. No long list of demands such as cleaning windows or scrubbing fridge on checkout. Didn’t feel like my credit card was being held hostage. Thank you so much Brian and Barb. Great vacation.

Perfect for older Rockville!

Turned Rockville into a girls trip (45-48). This property was perfect for the three of us, and we enjoyed to pool so much on those hot days. Highly recommend and I am hoping to come back next year!

Mom & son purchased this beach house in 2015 and totally remodeled it for 2016 season. Pool done in Jan 2019. Barb is a catering manager at a premiere venue in the Pocono Mts. of Pennsylvania. Brian is a public school teacher. While the first rental as a team, this is the second Daytona rental for Barb.
