Great place for our family to spend our long weekend.

We had a great time with plenty of space and amenities. Plenty of room for our long weekend with 3 families and thier children. Quick walk to the beach and pier. Crabby Joes Restaurant on the pier was great.

Thanksgiving with Family

This is the second year we have rented this property. It is perfect for a large family Thanksgiving holiday or vacation. The owners are wonderful and so kind. We will definitely be back!

Very convenient

Location! Location! Location! It was close to everything and even closer to the beach. My family and I would literally walk 5 mins to get there. Very spacious.

Excellent property!! The house is huge.

The property was clean, excellent location, beautiful kitchen and plenty space. Very close to the beach and there is a Publix and Dollar general close! I love the fast response from the owner every time we had a question. Definitely will consider again for the future.

Great house close to the beach.

The house had a wonderful large open spaces, perfect for our group. Three bedrooms had private baths and the fourth bedroom was right across the hall from a full bath. Loved the short walk to the beach. House was well supplied with towels and kitchen items.Great house and comfy beds close to the beach. What more can you ask for!

Great Experience

This house is great for large groups! We had my large family for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well stocked! The house was spacious and very comfortable. I highly recommend it! We will definitely book again!

Daytona Beach

Property was the best location, very short walk to the beach. Great Sq footage, like 4 master suites really. The living and dining room and deck were very spacious, and the family rm in the basement with the ping pong table was great for the kids. Hose outside to get the sand off was handy. We were walking distance to stores and restaurants as well. I would like to take the family there again.

Great location/ spacious living

This was our 2nd year visiting this house and it doesn't disappoint. The breeze on the back deck is awesome, only one day was it so humid I didn't want to sit out there. The living room and kitchen are so spacious. Quick communication from Tammy. Thanks for another great vacation!

Loved the house

The location was great, close to the beach, stores, places to eat or you can drive a little to Walmart or Sam's. I hate walking but the walk to the beach was never hard for me. Washed our clothes there at the house so when we got home everything was ready to be put up. It was just a relaxing vacation and I would love to go back.

Beds and back door

The beds downstairs aren't great, you can tell they're old and can feel all the springs. More than one of us ran into the glass door that leads to the upstairs balcony. The shower head in the upstairs bathroom is broken, hardly any water would come out. Other than this, the house is extremely spacious and gorgeous. The kitchen and living room are comfortable and modern and the beach is only a 5 minute walk. The balcony has plenty comfortable seating for big meals together and a great view of the sunset. With the excepcion of a few small inconveniences, we had a great stay at this house.

Huge home.. Lots of room. Close to beach

We have stayed in this home twice during the April months. This home is a very large, roomy atmosphere. Plenty of space to have everyone enjoy their own private time. The upstairs is very open with the kitchen and living room together, but I wouldn't change a thing. Love the openness. The upstairs has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is large, with a nice bathroom, two recliners to enjoy a little television in the evening quietly. The downstairs is a whole other home. Kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living rooms. You can easily sleep 10 to 12 people downstairs. The upstairs deck was my favorite to enjoy my morning coffee. Neighbors are quiet except for the weekly volleyball game on Monday night till midnight. Area is quiet, not a lot of noise or other issues that families would be concerned with while vacationing. I recommend this home for many reasons, size and location are the main two. If you are looking for a close access to the beach it is only two blocks away. We walked alot in the morning and evening and it was a quick 5 to 6 minute walk to the beach. We drove to the beach mainly since you can drive your vehicle on the beach. The area you can drive on the beach is 17 miles. It is very important to drive slow and pay attention to the people crossing the lanes. I truly love this home. I have only one request, since it is vital to have internet these days, especially if you are operating your business while your away from home during vacation. I do ask that you please add the internet to the home. One last note when looking to rent the home the communication with Tammy was phenomenal. She was quick to answer any questions and was quite accommodating for our scheduled stay. Thank you Tammy for a wonderful stay. We will be back.
