Rosemont is not a modern glitzy beachside villa. It’s a classic Florida beach house with a focus on options for play, dining in or out, and beds for sleeping. It was the perfect vacation home for our extended family of twelve. Enough beds for everyone, modern fully equipped kitchen, huge table to gather around overlooking the beach and a beautiful pool. Our amazing hosts Al and Mary Balloqui met us upon arrival, showing us around the property, explaining operations, and providing advice on nearby dining and entertainment options. They quickly took care of any issues, and showed us in so many ways how much they wanted us to have a great time.

Fabulous views

This property is an oasis that makes you feel like you are in paradise. The separate apartment above the garage is spectacular with amazing sunrise views. The pool also has a wonderful view of the ocean and was delightful for afternoons after spending mornings on the beach. Dining in the evenings after fixing a nice dinner in the updated kitchen provided a respite from the sun with a fabulous view of the beach and ocean. If you treasure a water view, this is your place.

This property was perfect for our family vacation, had everything we needed for the beach, and for our guests. We had an amazing week here, the view is second to none. It felt very private even though it was located in a busy area. Al and Mary were very helpful, we had an issue with one of the showers during our visit and Al was there to help within 20 minutes.

Jeep Beach Week Stay

My husband and I along with 2 friends stayed for a week. Property had been damaged some from storms but owners were working very hard to make everything nice and accommodating still. House is dated but still nice. I would only suggest tub/ shower areas need updating, rather than quick fixes. Property location and view are wonderful. Pool was soo nice to have. This property would be great for large families.

Perfect for a family

Literally on the beach! You don’t need a golf cart or wagon. Pop up canopy was in the garage and we set it up on the beach every morning. Played in the waves until we had enough sand and seashells and then back to the large private pool. Very nice and well stocked kitchen with huge island for feeding our group of 13. We never felt the need to leave the property, although we did for arcade on a cool windy day. Ice cream and souvenirs too!

Birthday celebration/Family reunion

The property is in a great location on the beach close to restaurants and food stores. We had 8 adults and 2 children. We planned to celebrate a 75 th birthday party as well as visit with family members living in the area. The house accommodated everyone and everything we did. The pool was a huge success and the beach was fantastic. The seperate apartment was perfect for us as we slept in a little longer then the younger children. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone with children of any age. The pool and the beach are perfect. There is also a miniature golf course across the street.

most memorable family vacation

This was one of our most memorable family vacations we have ever taken - 3 families, total of 13 people and we didn't feel cramped or crowded at all. The house is beautiful with all the amenities you need. The beds are some of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. The views from the big house and suite are incredible. The kids spent hours in the pool (lots of pool toys/floaties there). The beach is kept very clean. The waves were big enough at times to boogie board and surf and other times small enough for small kids to have fun swimming and jumping waves. The house is within walking distances of good restaurants and a short drive to the grocery store. The owners are incredibly nice and were quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be coming back.

Amazing location and venue!

We rented the “main house” as well as the “master suite” (above the garage) with the pool in the middle of the 2 buildings! Beachfront property with several restaurants and bars within walking distance. We could also walk to get groceries and adult beverages! We had a big group (8) but could have slept even more with all the pull out beds available. Owners are awesome as was the on-site property manager. Pool was heated for a fee. Hot tub was big, and hot, and was a big hit. The small lawn was perfect for yard games like corn-hole/bean bag toss. The beach was literally a few steps away! We all loved it! VictorB

Memories Made

Our week at Rose Retreat was exactly what our family of 12 needed to rest, relax, laugh and just be together. We had plenty of room to roam and the kids play. The property was set up nicely to allow back and forth to the beach, swim and have lots of yard space for the the kids to run and play hide and seek all week. The owners were very responsive and attentive. They have made a nice homey space for all to enjoy. We enjoyed Hulls Seafood, Riptides, Hershey's Ice Cream, Pirates Cove Golf Adventure, Rose Villa Restaurant and of course Tipsy Taco right across the street. Although it didn't deter us at all, we didn't like cars being allowed on the beach. With small kids, this was something we weren't expecting to have to watch for all of the time. Also, go our early and set up your beach space or locals park right in front of the house. Great place for a big family. Would highly recommend.

Rose Retreat

Our group had a great time at the Rose Retreat. The house was very accommodating for our big group. Al & Mary were there to answer any of my questions and John their Property manager was very attentive to our stay and making us settle in. He figured out parking for us and was there within minutes if we had a question or problem. The main house had a little construction going on with updating their home. Al personally asked if it would be ok and if we would still have interest in renting which was very respectful of him to let us know before hand. The small updates did not bother our group and we barely noticed it. Overall they did a good job as hosting and we would come back next year. Thanks Al, Mary, and John !

Almost perfect

The house on the beach was great. We took advantage of the winter deal. That made up for a few of the shortcomings of an older property. The house is full of nostalgic charm. The sound of the ocean at night was an amazing way to fall asleep. I think a few maintenance upgrades and this place would be perfect. Al was great to Deal with. Not sure if the fee to heat the pool was worth it. It was pretty cold to be honest. But you can’t have it all. I would recommend this place solely for the location in the beach. There were 4 is us guys down there for the Rolex race and it fit our needs. You never know unless you try. Thanks Al for the place. It added to our great weekend.

Secluded from busy Atlantic Ave with three car garage and lush green tropical landscaping sitting on high dune eliminates noise offering complete privacy. Walking around path that opens to court yard setting with 280 degrees to breath taking view of Atlantic Ocean. The estate sits on a high sand dune which maintains private seclusion while looking down to the beach and Ocean. The Courtyard setting host your own 16X32 foot salt water pool (Heating available during winter months for small additional fee) with view of beach/ocean. Your just few steps down from 5000 sq ft tiered manicured lawn to private entry to the beach. With large hot tub to north and electrical controlled pool covered that keeps the pool temp just right. The south sandwiches the stately two story 1940s home which means full of character, large rooms, all new big windows, wood floors that almost every room has spectacular views of the beaches rolling waves. Main house has Florida room with full view of beach/ocean and wooden table that seats 10/12, adjacent to large family room. There are six big screen smart TV on the property. The second story 900 sq ft executive one bedroom suite over the three car garage in which you get to use the double car portion. Has floor to ceiling windows with Spectacular view of pool, beach, ocean. With two sets of double patio doors that open onto 12X30 deck. The patio under the deck has 10 person wooden table, gas bar-B-Q and outside frig. The property is flanked by vacate lot joined by parking lot to the south and hotel parking lot to the north. Providing full 280 degree view of the ocean from anywhere on the estate. Private parking for up to 5-7 vehicles.
