Everything is yours to use except a small owner's closet. Both units are connected with doors right next to one another. Security cameras are located on the outside corners of house and used primarily when the house is vacant.

No loud parties as house is located in a clean, quiet area. Renters should be 23 unless preapproval granted. We want you and your loved ones to have a wonderful time. Choose to stay at Surf’s Up!
