The main level of Kidd Carriage House is located one flight up. Take the cobblestone path and lighted stairway up to the second level, where the front door opens into the bright and elegant GREAT ROOM. The LIVING AREA boasts a serene and calming blue and white palate, with a slip-covered sleeper sofa, two armchairs, a tufted ottoman/coffee table, and a large HDTV. The vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams add a lovely feeling of spaciousness to this adorable space.

Next to the living area is a FULL KITCHEN, with a central island that has seating for four— ideal for dining in or creating an impromptu workspace. Also on the island is a convenient under-counter refrigerator and a separate freezer, so there’s plenty of cold storage space. The full kitchen also includes a dishwasher, a gas range, and a deep, modern farmhouse sink. Over the island are three gorgeous pendant lights that perfectly illuminate the space.

In the plush GUEST BEDROOM, a queen-size bed is flanked by two convenient closet spaces. This private oasis is ideal for recharging after a day filled with beachy adventures and also houses a large HDTV for a lazy Netflix binge from bed. In the FULL BATHROOM, you’ll find a spa-like tiled shower with a glass door and a roomy marble-topped vanity. There’s also a full-size stacked washer and dryer.
