Inlet Beach is a charming beach neighborhood located along Florida's scenic Highway 30A. Known for its stunning white sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, and relaxed atmosphere, Inlet Beach offers a peaceful coastal getaway for visitors seeking a more laid-back vacation experience. This quaint community is characterized by its quiet residential streets lined with beautiful beach cottages and upscale vacation homes, perfect for those looking to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of the Gulf Coast.

When you stay in Inlet Beach you are never far from the beach, or a magnificent view. To explore 30A, take a bike ride to Rosemary Beach to enjoy the farmers market, discover the new 30A Avenue shops, taste the fine local cuisine, and visit local businesses along 30A. Visitors can also explore the neighboring beach communities of Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Alys Beach, each offering unique shopping, dining, and entertainment options. This is the perfect place for a trip with a spouse or small family. The house was the perfect size and an easy walk to the beach. Everything was clean upon arrival. We did have a little trouble getting into the house at first but the host was very quick to help and resolved the issue in minutes. Would definitely stay here again!

2nd Annual Tax Trip

This was a great place for me and my daughter to stay for a few days of R & R. Inlet Beach access is a quick walk and a lot less crowded than other nearby beaches. All the conveniences you need are close as well as several great eating spots. I would definitely recommend this place!!!

Decent place, loved the easy walk to the beach. Only thing we didn’t particularly like was the bed/matteess, it’s one of those where you can adjust both sides to tilt up etc so there is a big crack down the center of the bed. Some people might enjoy that style, just wasn’t our cup of tea. Rest of the house was pleasant.

Great Stay in Inlet Beach

The house is perfect for a couple or family with little kids. Beach is right around the corner & the two chairs & umbrella service that comes with the rental is a plus! If you rent the house, don’t forget to try the outside shower! A short walk to Rosemary Beach! We would love to come back!

Awesome location

Awesome location, great stay. Enjoyed the nice house and service company. Would certainly recommend to others. Only caution is that this property’s water smells very strong of sulfur. We couldn’t use it for drinking or cooking.

Perfect for 2

My wife and I stayed for our anniversary for a week and it was perfect. The place was adorable and the perfect size for the two of us. There is a house directly in front, but we still had multiple views of the Gulf from inside. The porch was very pleasant, and was a less than 5 min walk to the beach. The beach chair and umbrella service was great - from the time we decided to leave off the beach to inside the front door was less than 10 minutes. An easy 12-15 min walk to the heart of Rosemary Beach - would definitely stay here again!

AMAZING!!!

AMAZING place to stay!! Cannot recommend it enough! Very close to the beach with views from the upstairs room at several angles. Very clean, very cozy, very modern! The perfect size for a small family or couple. There are even cute bunk beds and a sleep number adjustable bed! Would definitely recommend and will keep in mind for future vacations. If you have any questions there is a 24/7 help line and the people are very sweet and accessible for any questions. STAY HERE!

Good location

Nice place. Internet is spotty. Kept going out after a rain and wouldn’t come back on for several hours. Downstairs tv would not work. Notified office and said they’d replace; but never did. Water has an rotten egg smell to it. Location is awesome and the house is small but cozy. Bedroom is upstairs.

Extremely Nasty - Great Location

My husband and I visited the sand piper for our baby moon. Upon arrival our access code did not work, after finally getting it touch with the management company we got into the property. It was extremely dirty. Walls were covered in stains, sofa as well was covered with stains, so dirty we refused to sit down. I had to place a blanket over the sofa. Dish washer was full of unwashed dishes that had soured. Dirty sheets!!!! The only thing I have good to say about this property is the location. The location is perfect - literally in walking distance to the beach. I am not one to write reviews but based off of previous reviews I felt mislead. I wish I would have known this before arriving!

Location was outstanding

Overall score on the property is 9 out of 10. The location is perfect for spending maximum time at the beach. The house is within a 2-3 minute walk to the Wall Street public beach access with chair service if needed. The little house has everything you would need for 1-3 people, anything over that would be pushing the square footage. The house could use a new coat of paint inside but we were staying at the end of the season so I'm sure it's on the list to do. We loved the outdoor shower, the COLD a/c and again the location of the property. One last note, the pictures show a coffee maker but the property had a Keurig instead. Make sure you buy the right morning coffee.

Perfect for our Family of Four

It's all about expectations. This is a small home, but if you're a frequent traveler to the area, you'll know exactly how to make it work and make it work well. The set up, easy walk to the beach, and home set up was perfect for us. It was efficient, simple, and everything a family of four needs to have an amazing, relaxing vacation on 30a. As you can see in the pictures, the room upstairs is very bright when the sun comes up (at 5:45am in the summer), being a silk sleeping mask or be creative with other room darkening solutions. If we could buy a fraction of a lot and duplicate this same house, we would do it in a heart beat. We didn't need a single thing from the property mgmt company, but they did call and check on us and our stay twice during the trip. After a dozen trips to 30a over the past few years, this has never happened. They were extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Thanks for the awesome time!

Inlet Beach cottage

The Sand Piper cottage was adequate for our stay in Inlet Beach. We appreciate the one bedroom cottage a short walk from the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with tools needed to cook meals. The check in process was easy. The major issue was that as we are loading up to leave, the housekeeping crew arrives 30 minutes before check out and parks a few feet from the cottage, hovers and talks loudly as we are loading our belongings. We prefer to check out in peace without feeling someone is staring at us and counting down the minutes. Furthermore before we even drove off they were moving in to clean. The cottage seemed to be decorated with left over interior design elements and the furniture was furniture that all seemed to be inexpensive manufactured wood furniture, like would be found in a college dorm room. The sofa was fairly stained. The best thing about the cottage is that it is close to the beach and that's why we came, not to spend time inside the cottage.

Good Stay

This is a great location in the middle of everything. The house is small as advertised. The walk to the beach requires walking up the street to the public access. You can’t just walk across the street as assumed. It’s not ideal if you have a bunch of stuff to carry or using a beach cart. TV was broken but they brought a new one the next morning. Tried to check in an hour early but couldn’t. To be fair, I didn’t ask beforehand like they recommend. It’s a little frustrating that that’s even necessary. Overall though, it’s a nice place and great location. I wouldn’t go back simply because of the walk to the beach being a little further than I’d like w an infant and a bunch of stuff.

Perfect Beach Bungalow

My husband and I had the perfect stay at Sand Piper for an anniversary getaway. Communication with the property managers was excellent. Perfect location across the street from the beach with less than a five minute walk to beach access and close proximity to Rosemary beach. Would definitely recommend Sand Piper!!
