This 2/2 condo at the Pointe in Inlet Beach offers gorgeous views of the palm trees and cabanas around the Caribbean-style pool at this luxurious architectural award-winning resort on the east end of 30A. Directly next to Rosemary Beach, at the intersection of Hwy 98 and Hwy 30A, just across the street from the shops and dining of 30 Avenue. This is an affordable place to be with a 5 minute walk to a Rosemary Beach square and 5 min walk to the beach (Winston LN access). The condo is located on the 4th floor of Building 1, elevators are easily accessible next to the unit's entrance. There is a gym available for your use in the same building, a viewing terrace on the rooftop with beautiful views of the Gulf. Big Bad Breakfast available in the same complex (building 2). It’s considered one of the best breakfast spots in Inlet and Rosemary Beach. Come and spend your beach family getaway at our condo!
