Great Little Getaway Spot

First time in Rosemary Beach, and we’ll definitely be back! Great little carriage house, well appointed, nice touches, perfect location - only minutes from everything by bike or walk, but far enough for quiet and less traffic. We will stay here again for sure!

The property and the management team ensured we had a great stay. The included bikes were awesome to have and allowed us to explore neighboring areas. Everything in Rosemary was walkable from the house.

Perfect Getaway

This carriage house was perfect for my husband and I and our teenage son and his friend. Any longer than a few days, and we might have needed something a little bigger, but this was a last minute trip and exactly what we needed. Loved the location and proximity to the beach and Rosemary and Seacrest!

Great spot!!

We loved this spot! We have stayed in quite a few carriage houses in Rosemary beach, and this one is awesome! My only complaints are: owners really need to put blackout shades in the bunk room and bedroom. We stayed in January and it was pretty warm in both the bunk room and bedroom—AC unit might need an upgrade!

Dated but comfortable

The location is great and a short 5-7 min walk to town, pools and the beach. The carriage house had what we needed for a short stay for a couple and an infant, but it’s getting pretty dated. As another review noted, the upstairs is very warm. We rented a box fan and used the fan provided, but the floor vents had no airflow coming through them at all. Seemed like it wouldn’t be a hard fix. As a note, they did add blackout curtains to the bedroom but not to the bunk area yet.

Unlucky timing for the visit, construction on the road outside the house blocked access to the garage. Regardless, enjoyed the stay and thought the layout of the house was great to relax. Not too hot, not too cold, it was just right. Recommended!!

Pretty House in RB

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very pretty house and the furnishings inside are nice. It's quiet and close to the pool, tennis center and fitness center. It would be much nicer if it had a chest of drawers in the bedroom so you don't have to live out of your suitcase. There's plenty of space for one and this is mentioned in previous reviews. A full length mirror is also needed here, and again, plenty of space. The kitchen is lovely, but cooking utensils (knives, pots/pans, etc) are in need of a refresh.
