Featuring a private cobblestone patio area with a gas grill, gas fire table, and a wrap-around terrace, this cozy loft keeps guests close to downtown, the beautiful beaches, and the impressive Cabana community swimming pool.

Professionally designed to be both chic and casual, the open living area features lots of natural light and an unmistakable coastal vibe. The spacious sofa faces a large HDTV, while a built-in window seat and a fold down sofa-bed that sleeps two if needed. Seaglass-colored walls, bleached wood floors, and seashell wind chimes in the corner create a perfectly relaxed beach-inspired hideaway.

Next to the living space is the open kitchen, complete with a peninsula bar and vibrantly tiled backsplash. High-end stainless steel appliances include a gas range, spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, and a microwave vent hood. The kitchen is well-designed and fully equipped to handle anything. You can choose to sip your morning mug of coffee at the interior bar, or outside on the private balcony that features rustic natural wood beams and an alfresco dining table.

In the single bedroom suite, there’s a deluxe king-size bed set against a wicker headboard and flanked by cozy reading lamps. The bedroom also features a large HDTV for watching movies before bed. The full-size bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, single vanity, and a stacked washer and dryer.
