100% Positive Adjustment!!!

We needed a place for our entire family, 11-12 people, ages 9-74. Let me tell you, the place was perfect. The owner was excellent all the way through the process. Communication was great and booking was easy. All the information needed was sent well ahead of time so it made our arrival easy. The place was the cleanest place we have ever been. They had just about everything needed during our stay. They went far above and beyond what we have been used to in stays elsewhere. There were several added conveniences like additional outlet/plugs, beach/pool gear, kitchen and bath supplies. The communication carried out throughout the trip and all questions were answered immediately. They even had a binder on the coffee table with all the info needed plus plenty of recommendations. If we make it back to the Destin area again, our family will definitely be reaching out to book here again! PS: Thanks for the treats left in the fridge, mom and the kids thoroughly enjoyed them.

You won’t find a better home in the beautiful Emerald Shores community. Owners and local caretakers are extremely committed to providing excellent customer service. The home itself is very clean and comfortable with an especially comfortable primary suite king size bed. The owners have provided many supplies that will save you time and money during your stay and the home is very nicely decorated. Pride of ownership shines through. The home is a very short walk to a beautiful white sand beach with private community access through a well maintained beach pagoda with bathrooms. We stayed for two plus months as snowbirds in this home and we will be coming back next year.

We loved Latitude Adjustment. Very clean and had so many necessities in the house that we didn’t have to worry about getting once we got settled. The host was very informative and helpful with any questions regarding our stay. Very short walk to the beach and loved the beach shuttle you could catch a ride on. Had a wagon to help you carry all your items to the beach which was a great help. Loved the quiet neighborhood and all the amenities like the pool and tennis court. Overall was an amazing stay and would recommend to everyone!

Best week at the Beach

We loved the quiet and gated community. Our house was equipped with anything we would need plus a great bonus big beach wagon. This was a game changer. Plus there was “wagon” parking at the pavilion by the beach, this was so nice. We were also introduced to our very own Destin concierge couple. They were a quick text away to answer any questions about the area and they frequently checked on us. We had a great experience at Lattitude Adjustment.

Amazing Stay!

Thank you so much the very best week at the beach!!! Your great service and responsiveness was wonderful. We loved having in-town hosts for everything we could possibly need from tips to restaurants and even dropping off a blow up paddle board!!! Your communication was excellent and service outstanding. The home was so generously appointed - I truly appreciate things like spices, baggies, boxes of tissues in the bathroom, full-size shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom, lots of comfy blankets to curl up in, tons of glassware, serving dishes, beach towels. Truly excellent. We will be back!!!!

Perfect place for friends near the beach!

This was an awesome property for me and my friends. We loved being able to walk to the beach in under 5 minutes, use the chairs that are paid for, go to the Dollar General 3 minutes the other direction and swim in the pool right opposite the house! We had 12 of us and we had loads of room to spread out or all be together and never feel crowded. The house had everything we needed from consumables, silverware, glassware etc and we were never short of anything. We will definitely come back next year - the directions and immediate response from the owner and the local hosts was awesome! PS - Kenny D's is right next to the private beach and has great Mahi and Oysters!

The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. I was stationed at Tyndall AFB many years ago so I'm familiar with the area from going their on my weekends and the location was perfect. The one and only gripe I have about the home is that my family and I saw a few roaches crawling around and we just made sure to keep everything closer to ensure we didnt have any hitchhiker, but that was the only gripe. I know its Florida and I'm born and raised from Jacksonville and the house may be a tad older so I understand the problem with roaches especially Florida, but I just had to point that out, but outside of that everything was great.

Best Vacation Home

This property was absolutely stunning! It had everything we need! More than enough room for my family and I. We had 6 and slept comfortably. The natural lighting was amazing! If we had any questions or needed anything, the owners responded immediately. I loved the fact that we were 2 mins from the beach (walking distance)! That was a major win! If I could leave a 10 star rating I definitely would! My family and I will return to this home on all future vacations! Cannot wait!! And you won’t be disappointed!!! Totally worth every penny!!

Amazing Beach Vacation

Destin has become our yearly family trip. Every year we find a great property to stay at this year was no exception. The Latitude Adjustment property was excellent. We had a great location to the beach, which was about a 3-4 block walk from the door to the beach. The other direction in the community was access to the highway which was very convenient for quick runs to a store or restaurants off the beach. To add the greatness of the location of this property, you are just steps away from the main pool in Emerald Shores. The property itself is very clean and updated. We had plenty of space for the 5 adults and 4 kids with us (all 7 and under). The owners and caretakers were all very responsive and accommodating to any questions we did have, but we had no issues with rental during our stay. We will definitely look at staying here again on future trips to Destin.

Latitude adjustment was a good fit for our group

We really enjoyed our stay for a week in August. The property was exactly as described and worked well for our aging parents that came along, as well as our family of 4. The shuttle service was a must for the older folks and made things so much easier. For those of us who got around easier there was so much within walking distance, a few restaurants, as well as the beach. The shaded area at the pavilion was nice for them to have shade when needed too. We were close enough to the pool for kids to come and go as needed. We did sneak down to the smaller pool one night to have some quiet time, and had it all to ourselves. The property was clean and very comfortable as well as beautiful. They made it so convenient with all the necessities included. Our hosts checked in often to make sure everything was going smoothly. We would come back again.

5 star all the way

My family and I loved staying here! It is in a very convenient location for the beach and the pool. The pool is literally right across the way, about 40 yards. It was nice and refreshing to come back to after the beach. The beach was a short walking distance, and if you don’t want to walk then there is a 6-8 passenger golf cart. Cole was the driver when we were there. He is super nice and literally makes constant loops around the neighborhood, picking up anyone that needs a ride. We tipped him for his service because it sure helped with a load of kids and beach stuff! The house was amazing and very comfortable. There were 11 of us, ages from 10-49 and there was PLENTY of space. I really just can’t say enough about this place but I guarantee no one will be disappointed. Jen and Collette are excellent to communicate with and made sure everything was good and we didn’t need anything. Thanks for the great memories guys!

Quality Family Time Over July 4th

We love when a property owner is also a guest in their own vacation home because pride of ownership shows throughout this home! We so appreciated the quality items that have been invested in like nice flooring, nice ceiling fans, and good mattresses. We also appreciated how quiet this vacation home was; during the busiest beach week of the year, we were not bothered by outside noise when in the house. We made the majority of our meals in the house, thanks to a well stocked kitchen. Outside, the beach wagon provided is substantial and so helpful getting gear to the beach, which is just a short & easy walk away. Emerald Shores also provides a seasonal tram which was immensely helpful getting my 70+ yr old parents to & from the beach in the warm temps. Jen & Mark were so patient with my various questions ahead of time and were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. When we vacation in Miramar Beach again, we would not hesitate to book Latitude Adjustment again.

A true Gem in Miramar Beach!

Staying at Latitude Adjustment was more than a 5 Star experience for our large family! We had 2 adults, 6 teenagers, and a 9 year old, and there was plenty of space for all of us to sleep and hang out comfortably. The home was absolutely beautiful, VERY clean, and well taken care of. The close access to the beach and restaurants in walking distance made for an amazing vacation, as we didn't have to worry about our teenagers coming and going on their own. The owner and in town hosts were both exceptional to work with! From the booking experience to the in town hosts texting us right away Day 1 to made sure that we had everything we needed! They gave us their favorite restaurants to eat at and they were all exceptional! When we walked into the beautifully furnished home, there was a chalk board in the kitchen that welcomed our family, had the wifi passwords, and it even had a Birthday shout out for my 17 year old daughter! It MADE HER DAY! The private beach was absolutely beautiful and the beach attendants were very friendly and accommodating to our large group! We will be back to Miramar beach SOON and we know EXACTLY where we will be staying--Latitude Adjustment! Truly a FRESH breath of beach air experience that I will be telling all of my friends and family about!

A great place to recharge and reconnect with family and friends.

What a great vacation!! 2 Texas families had plenty of room in this beautiful house for a week. Even had a few visitors for dinner with all the extra room to spare. Walking distance to the beach, or there’s a golf cart Shuttle service provided by Cole. He’s always willing to pick you up with a quick text. Umbrella and Beach chairs are included for 2, call/visit Christian for a couple more if needed. If you do, they’ll have your name on them when you arrive your first day to the beach with no hassles. House has plenty of plates, pots, pans and utensils. Coffee cups, plastic and glassware/stemware. Lotsa dry storage. Full size fridge and a 10-15 min drive to Publix, Winn-Dixie, Whole Foods and liquor stores. There’s TP and Paper Towels, hand and dish soap. Plenty of nice linens for everyone. Top bedroom was great for the kids to have private space. Balconies were also used more than I thought for morning coffee and evening thunderstorm watch! We chose Emerald Shores in Miramar Beach because it offers a blend of luxury and comfort, creating the perfect setting for our vacations. The neighborhood's upscale atmosphere and resort-style amenities provide a warm and inviting backdrop for relaxation and enjoyment. Additionally, the convenience of having a private beach pavilion and easy access to the beach appealed to us, promising endless days of sun, sand, and sea without any hassle. Situated right across from the pool, guests can enjoy easy access to resort-style relaxation just steps away from their doorstep. The pool is not only conveniently close but also visible from the porch and two balconies, allowing guests to keep an eye on the fun while enjoying the comfort of their own space.

Also, our property's recent renovation and personalized management ensure a high standard of comfort and service for our guests. The spacious layout, including four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, provides ample space for families or groups, accommodating up to 12 guests comfortably. Additionally, the inclusion of a bonus bunk bed and wrap-around balconies with beautiful views adds to the charm and appeal of the property.

Latitude Adjustment's close proximity to local restaurants and amenities, as well as the convenience of having a Dollar General within walking distance, enhances the overall guest experience.
