Family Vacation

This property suited our vacation needs perfectly. There was a short and easy walk to the beach. The pool was clean and not crowded when we were there. The four bikes, available right on the front porch, added even more fun to our stay. And we loved the bright and beachy decor of this home!

Love this property!

This is our 3rd year staying here. We love the first floor bedroom for my in-laws and the upstairs for the rest of our crew. The pool and proximity to the ocean is fantastic! Wish we could buy it and make it our own!

This home was just as described. It was very clean and had everything you needed in the kitchen, including a drip only coffee maker. There were plenty of towels/washcloths. The beds (memory foam) were very comfortable- but pillows not so much. The master bedroom could use a heavier blanket as all that’s on the beds are two thin sheets. We had to grab one from the bunk room. The main bath shower is amazing! Rainfall shower, 6 body jets and an additional handheld shower head. Was so nice taking showers after the beach. Downsides are the front door lock is pretty loose- the door wiggles a lot after locking so feels like anyone can push hard on the door and it would open. The upstairs balcony door knob is in bad shape. My husband and son got stuck out there because the doorknob wouldn’t turn. These need to be replaced. The living room rug is in very bad shape as is the master bedroom. Very dirty/stained and the living room rug is a big trip hazard. We tripped on it so many times. The management company gave us 2 beach gate codes that were wrong. We had to wait overnight for an email response. I called them directly while we were trying the code at the gate. Luckily people from the complex came and shared the code with us. The management company ended texting us the code a while later. The beach is just a 3 min walk and it’s a private beach. Pool is great too! Complex is so peaceful. We love it there!

Great stay close to the beach

We had a great stay! Everything in the home was just as pictured. Communication was great. We walked to the beach each day and enjoyed the nice pool in the evenings.

One of our favorite beach vacations!

We went ahead and booked another house on this property for next year! The location along with surrounding shops and restaurants made this a perfect place for us to stay. The pool area was nice and had shaded seating. The beach was great with quick, easy access.

Great house!

My family and I stayed here and loved it! It had everything we needed and very spacious. The walk to the beach was short and there are several things to do around. The community where the house is located, is amazing! I would love to live here! My family and I got in earlier than expected and we were able to check in sooner, which was great! Will definitely recommend and hope to come back soon.

Perfect Family Vacation

We love to stay in this neighborhood in the fall & this house exceeded our expectations. Super clean, comfortable beds, bright & beautiful home. A gas grill would be the cherry on top! Baby gates, seat, and pack n play were provided. Might want to advertise these items. They were super helpful to us!

Fall break getaway

House was cute and appeared to have been renovated recently. There wasn’t a great place to store beach gear (except the front porch) nor was there a rug inside the door to stop sand from coming in. Beach was a short walk away as was the pool. The beach/ocean access was beautiful! Neighborhood was gated and we felt safe to let our kids ride their bikes around.

Family vacation

The house was perfect size for my family and we had bikes that came with it and nice pool and gym it was just so much fun . Only thing if you have more then two vehicles then request to buy one of the guest parking spots on the property. I didn’t know that until we had got there. But it was amazing

Great for a Beach Visit

This is a repeat location for us because the house is just what we needed and super close to the beach. Our 8 kids, ranging from 23yo - 8yo, enjoyed the small circular neighborhood of 15 or so houses, the short walk to the beach (literally across the street from the entrance of the neighborhood) and even shorter walk to the pool. The pool was clean and a good size for all the guests there. We cooked almost all of our meals there with ease in the kitchen and enjoyed the large open concept dining room and living room. There are 3 bathrooms which worked out ok. The upstairs bathroom was a little tight for the room that slept 4 with the bunk beds. The beds were comfortable but I wouldn't put large teenage boys on the top bunks. There is no backyard but a front porch with seating for 4. We basically wanted a home base for the beach, meals and family games. This place fit the bill. We only had one issue with missing pillows but that was resolved after we spoke to the right people at Southern. We hope to go back next year.

Great lil house. Very clean and had everything we needed for week.

Close little walk to the beach. Nice house. However wouldn’t recommend in the off season, both houses on the side of us were doing construction and that’s all we heard ALL week! Plus the homeowners on one side were so rude and noisy. It’s like we couldn’t enjoy ourselves because we were in a construction zone. Lots of workers in and out- definitely did not get the relaxation part while at the house.

Miramar Beach House was excellent

We absolutely enjoyed the whole experience of staying at Miramar Beach! The house was exactly what the pictures show and all the amenities were exactly as indicated! The kids loved the bikes, that was a bonus!! Would definitely stay again!!!! So sad to leave!

Great little area. All the house are different inside. We liked the layout of our house for sure.
