Very convenient private beach access with included umbrella & beach chair setup, not to mention additional beach chairs and an umbrella at the house. Plenty of bedrooms and beds for our family and guests. Kitchen is a little tight but to be expected in a house this size. Only drawback is there are limited restaurants within walking distance.

Great place for family vacation

The place was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone, pool was super close, and the beach just a short walk away! Also loved that it is a gated community. We will definitely be back in the future!

Nice house close to beach and pool

Nice, clean pet friendly home. Plenty of towels, kitchen needs, and beach chairs and umbrella set up included. Master needs a new mattress ASAP, but overall a great stay.

Comfortable Cottage

The Beach Retreat cottage was perfect for our family of 11. The location is perfect with an easy stroll to the beach. The privacy on Cottage Row is great. We also enjoyed the pool even a shorter walk from the house. The management group was so helpful and communicated before our trip. We will be back!

Beat escape from the crazy

This property was beautifully well kept! We loved the spacious rooms and all the extras the house provided. The beach service, towels, sand chairs and overall helpfulness and kindness everyone provided.

I never wanted to leave...

This property is beautiful. Well kempt, comfortable, and clean. A very short walk to the beach made the trip even more enjoyable. The rental price was a bit steep with deposits and cleaning fees but it's a newly acquired house for the owners and I understand they need to make a profit. Overall, I'd recommend and will likely be back in the future (especially if I can catch a deal lol).

It was very well stocked when cooking utensils and dishware. Perfect location away from the busy traffic and quiet neighborhood, but just a 5 min walk to the private beach. We came with our whole family including 6 adults and 5 grandkids ages 5 and under. Each couple had their own room with their own bathroom. The bunk room was awesome for the kids! The kitchen was well equipped and they had plenty of chairs, toys, boogie boards and things for the kids to enjoy at the beach! Beautiful pool area as well! We were within walking distance of 3 different restaurants which we truly enjoyed. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Great location and beautiful home

This home is beautiful. Everything was so clean and spacious. The living room being upstairs was a little odd but it worked out fine. We had a problem with the garbage disposal but maintance was there to fix it within an hour! The beds were very comfortable! It even came with a portable box fan in the closet which saved me money from having to go buy one! It also had a high chair ehich helped as we had an 8 month old baby with us. Thank you so much for sharing your home!

The gated community was quiet and safe, and the unit is just a very brief walk to the beach—about a minute or so—right across the street from the beach’s gate. Beach service is included, which is very helpful, and the heated community pool is a really nice size, with a hot tub that was perfect.The unit itself was clean and updated. It comes stocked with garbage bags, paper towels, beach towels, dishwasher and laundry detergent, and a bunch of incidentals, so you don’t have to keep running to the store. Being so close to the beach meant we could enjoy morning walks on the sand every day.Plenty of dinner and entertainment options are nearby, some even within walking distance. The retro video game machine was a fun bonus.If I had to find opportunities for improvement, the TV in the double bunk room is hard for the kids to view—but we weren’t on vacation to watch TV, so it wasn’t a big deal.The management company was very proactive and attentive. They called me twice prior to the trip to ensure everything would go smoothly, and their texting service was easy to use had we needed it.Overall, I highly recommend this unit for vacations near the beach—it’s convenient, well-equipped, and a pleasure to stay in.

Meh...

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just ok, based on pictures thought it would have been fine. Tough stay for a week with 5 kids a and 4 adults. Only stay here if with your significant other or other adults. Lastly house needs new beds and was in aware how close it was to the airport, that got annoying after about day 4.

Ryan, Thank you for staying with us at Sandy Toes. We do have 3 military bases around our area and they have been conducting training exercises for the past 2 weeks. Guests usually enjoy the free air shows they provide. The sounds of freedom never get annoying to us. Beds are a personal preference. It's tough to satisfy everyone as we do have many reviews for this home where guests said the beds were comfortable. Frangista Beach Properties
