Located on a lovely stretch of natural white sandy Seven Mile Beach, This modern 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo affords a top-floor vantage point of the most spectacular sunsets and sea views overlooking Grand Cayman’s world-famous crystal-clear turquoise water of the Caribbean Sea.

Discovery Point Club has consistently been awarded the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence and is now in their Hall of Fame. You won't be disappointed by this fantastic property as it is consistently ranked at or near the top of the 33 condos on Seven Mile Beach.

The entire unit was renovated for the 2023 season and offers a king bed in the master bedroom and a single and Queen bed in the guest room. The condo has two bathrooms, a washer & dryer and a fully equipped modern kitchen with your comfort and relaxation in mind. There is a patio at the front and at the ocean side overlooking the beach, Coconut Trees and tranquil Caribbean Sea.

Fresh linens and beach towels are supplied, and housekeeping is provided daily, except for Sundays and holidays, at no additional charge. The on-sight management is outstanding, and they are eager to assist in any way to make your vacation experience a most memorable one.

Discovery Point Club has a spectacular beach, a freshwater pool, heated spa and beachfront thatch huts for lounging in the shade. There is also world-famous snorkellling on a reef just beyond the resort. The Kitiwake wreck dive site is also at this section of Seven Mile Beach.

A car is recommended, however there is a large, modern grocery store less than a mile up the road. Grand Cayman is known as the culinary capital of the Caribbean and there are so many great restaurants close by.

The condo also offers the following amenities:

Unfortunately the condo is not wheelchair accessible.

The following TERMS & CONDITIONS apply to all apartments/condos at The Discovery Point Club
1) The primary guest must be age twenty-five (25) years or older and assume responsibility for those in his/her
charge under the age of twenty-five (25).
2) The primary guest must be in residence for the duration of the reservation.
3) The primary guest accepts legal responsibility for bodily injury to himself/herself and/or any person(s) on
the property as a result of the visit and use of rental unit, operation, or possession of equipment hired or
loaned to me/us.
4) The primary guest agrees to accept complete responsibility for all individuals occupying or visiting the
assigned rental unit at Discovery Point Club and the entire Discovery Point Club grounds.
5) The primary guest agrees that Discovery Point Club management and employees will not be held
responsible for the loss of money, jewelry or any personal property during the duration of the rental period.
6) The primary guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the owner of the Discovery Point Club rental unit,
Discovery Point Club Strata Plan 81, Discovery Point Club property manager, and all Discovery Point Club
employees from and against liability for injury to himself/herself or any other person(s) occupying or visiting
the Discovery Point Club rental unit and/or the grounds of Discovery Point Club resulting from any cause
whatsoever including, but not limited to, injury sustained as a result of use of the rental unit, use of any item(s)
inside the rental unit, exterior stairs, communal pool, beach, ocean, etc., howsoever arising, whether by act or
acts or failure to act of the employees and property owners on the grounds of Discovery Point Club.
7) Discovery Point Club is privately owned, and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for
any reason.
