Welcome to Condo 32, a recently renovated 1,250-square-foot, ground-floor ocean view walkout, offering 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With all-new designer furniture, art, and modern appliances, this stylish retreat is just steps away from the turquoise waters and white sands of Seven Mile Beach.

The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the secondary bedroom features 2 queen beds. Both bedrooms have Sony flat-screen TVs. The fully-equipped, immaculate kitchen offers sleek stainless steel appliances including a wine fridge, an island with bar seating for 3, and an adjoining dining area for entertaining. In the living room, a large sectional sofa invites you to relax in front of the wall-mounted Sony flat-screen TV, while the private, covered patio extends your living space outdoors.

Enjoy all the comforts of home, including complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, A/C, cable TV, beach towels, parking, local phone calls, a Google Home, a Nest thermostat, and 7 Sonos speakers located throughout the condo.

Please Note: The management of this condo association does not allow diving gear to be dried on the patios nor inside the condominiums at any time, therefore, only divers that do not bring their own gear are allowed to stay in this condo. Children under 12 are not permitted.

The location is fantastic! Across the road from the beach and walking distance to good restaurants. The only minor negative is the property is a bit dated and there is no fan in the bathroom.

Perfect Condo

The whole process was perfect from getting our preferred weeks booked to our final day there, Bill and Laurie are exceptional hosts with a perfect condo right in the very heart of Kihei. Location is everything and this place has it all from restaurants to shops to beaches, all are so close by you can walk to them all in minutes. Highly recommend this condo if you want to be where all the action is.

Such a wonderful week on Seven Mile Beach in this beautiful condo at Harbour Heights. The condo is immaculate, spacious, bright, well-appointed and the decor is stunning. The grounds were gorgeous, pool is refreshing and the private sliver of beach is an oasis for relaxation. We loved every minute of our stay and we will most definitely come back to this spot!!

Great neighborhood & convenient to beaches

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the condo for the first leg of our honeymoon. Bill & Laurie checked in with us leading up to the stay and also right before it was time to check out and seem very easy to get in touch with. It was the perfect distance to a number of beaches which we enjoyed throughout our stay. It's also walking distance to a number of eateries and shops. The other folks at the condo were friendly and we felt right at home. Would definitely recommend as a home base during your stay in Maui. Thank you!

Felt well taken care of

Fabulously laid out home. Our hosts offer a very clean home with a great location. Checkin was a breeze. Great grocery store Hawaiian Moon just around the corner. A heads up in that the unit is near South Kihei Road. It's great to be close to the ocean and it's a very busy street so the noise was quite apparent for us. Still a 5 star rating.

BEST stay...

This was THE best stay! Awesome location right across the street from the beach (not beach view), yet was so peaceful, comfortable, and convenient. They had everything we needed to cook meals, enjoy days at the beach (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, snorkel gear, etc) so we didn't need to rent or buy anything but food. The beach is a beautiful beach. saw tons of turtles, and is so convenient to just walk over and watch the sunset, swim, tan, or just play in the sand. Location is a local town vibe, yet with all the amenities needed next door. Me and my best friend had a blast on our trip and a huge part because of this place!

Great Location to everything!!

Laurie and Bill's property is the perfect location to everything you need. The condo is right across the street from the beach, with local shops, eateries, rental shops and so much more within walking distance. The residents who are long term at this location are very nice and will help guide you on what to see or eat on the island. The condo is also very clean and comfortable. Note: quiet time IS 10:00 AM. I do suggest renting a car right from the airport if you plan on exploring. There was so much to see and we were going and going. Enjoy the stay!! Carrie and Ricky

Paradise at its best!!

We recently stayed on Maui to enjoy my 50th birthday. My husband had never been to Hawaii and I had been to Maui in the 80's. The one thing you never forget is the smell of flowers on the islands. This condo was a perfect place for us. It is right across the street from the beach and a nice walk along the beach every morning was awesome. The condo owners were very kind and everything was exactly as listed. We would definitely stay in this unit again. We especially liked it being an end unit, not alot of noise and you cannot hear the traffic from the busy street at all. Thank you Bill & Laurie for your hospitality and letting us enjoy your little piece of "paradise". We completely enjoyed our stay. Mahalo! Steve and Laurie

Perfect place to enjoy your Maui vacay

We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in Kehei. The condo is so comfortable you'll feel at home immediately. The kitchen is great for cooking your meals when you don't feel like going out...there are spices and condiments and cooking oils so that you don't have to buy those. If you do want to eat out, there are plenty of places within walking distance...try the breakfast potato skins at Moose McGillicuddy's (sp?)! The beach is just across the street...sunsets are beautiful there. Getting to the condo and arrangements to get in are very easy and Laurie is extremely nice to deal with. There are even beach towels, hats, coolers, beach chairs and boogie boards. The pool is close by (but who needs a pool when the ocean is so close?). Can't say enough good about this place! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home!

Paradise in Kihei

This condo was perfect! It had all the amenities we needed to make our vacation to Maui a dream! Bill and Laurie were great! They were very pleasant and readily available. A couple of days before we got here Laurie called to let me know they were dealing with a plumbing issue in the condo but were working to get it taken care of before we arrived. She again reached out to me while we were on layover on our way to Hawaii letting me know they were still working on the issue. They found us another condo to stay in our first night in the same complex. They were very apologetic for the trouble and were quick to compensate us for it! Their condo was beautiful and we enjoyed every minute of the time we spent here. Would definitely do it again!

Fantastic property, gorgeous condo and world class beach out your door!

We have had a fantastic visit to Grand Cayman and are so happy with our choice of Harbour Heights. The condo was newly remodeled and perfect. The complex is well managed and had everything we could want, a laundry, onsite manager and security, a pool, pool house with bathroom and ping pong table. My favorite were the covered thatched roof structures on our private beach. It is next to a public beach but we were never inconvenienced by cruisers. One day out of seven wewalked by the public beach and it was wall to wall chairs but never did they impact our vacation. I loved being on the quieter sandy stretch of beach and personally preferred our first floor location where we could walk out to the beach at any time of day or night just to take in the colors of the ocean and sky and sink our toes in the sand. We will be back!!

Excellent Experiance

My girlfriend and I enjoyed a great 9 day stay at this wonderful condo. It's close proximity, and easy access to Kamaole Beach (2) was one of the features that made this rental our final choice. Upon arrival we were very pleased to find not only a clean, spacious, and comfortable condo, but also a condominium that physically matched it's exact description as listed above. With: two air conditioning units, two TVs, a lovely bed, both fully equipped kitchen and bath room, and a pleasant lanai, we were easily at home in this Kihei living space. As, mentioned this condos location was perfect. The building in which we resided was placed directly next to the Rainbow Market, and other convenient shopping centers. All of the following are no more than a 3 minute walk away: a Whalers general store, Denny's, Maui Dive Shop, Cinnamon Roll Fair Bakery, Da Kitchen, a tourist info center, 3 ATMs, and much more. Also there is a bus stop also 3 minutes away, if you are not renting a car. The only problem I had with this condo, was not having boogie boards, and really that was not a big deal at all. Got some from the nearby Maui Dive Shop for cheap, and had a blast. And furthermore, I was very impressed by the kindness and hospitality of the condo owners when they discovered my medication and quickly emailed me, offering to send it back to the mainland. I would highly recommend staying in this condo to anyone, and look forward to my next visit to Kihei. A huge Mahalo to the Armstrongs, from both me and my girlfriend. Aloha

Comfy, clean, great location!

Well appointed, beach chairs and umbrellas appreciated. Sliding screen door needs a bit of attention and room darkening drapes in bedroom would be our only suggestions. Nice to walk across the road to beach and see sunsets. Overall 5 stars!

Light and breezy

Condo is an end unit with lots of windows that open for fresh air and no need for air conditioning with just the ceiling fans. The beach is right across the street - a 2 minute walk. It is a busy neighborhood, but also has a lot of amenities, including a natural food store within walking distance. The condo was furnished with everything we needed.

Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the condo, it was a nice retreat for us . We arrived sick with Bronchitis, which was too bad. It was nice to have the condo to cook up some homemade soup and sit and relax to get better. Luckily we had 3 weeks to enjoy the area. We would love to return and hopefully it will be soon.
