Accommodation:
The master bedroom is a serene retreat, featuring a plush king-size bed, sweeping views of the beach and Caribbean Sea, blackout curtains for restful sleep, a private en-suite bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom is equally spacious, offering two comfortable twin beds (convertible to a king upon request), its own flat-screen TV, and convenient access to a guest bathroom located just outside the room.

The living area exudes a relaxed tropical charm, complete with a flat-panel TV and breathtaking ocean views—the perfect space to unwind. The modern, fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare delicious meals, featuring all the essentials along with both a Keurig and drip coffee maker for your morning brew. A safe is also provided to keep your valuables secure.

For those eager to explore the island’s beautiful beaches, we’ve included 4 beach chairs and a cooler for your convenience. Spend your days soaking up the sun at local favorites such as Public Beach, Governor’s Beach, or the picturesque Smith’s Cove.

At Regal Beach Club, you’ll find a beautiful sugar-sand beach that shifts with the seasons, but there is always easy walk-in access to the sparkling Caribbean Sea. It’s the perfect spot to swim, play, or simply relax with your toes in the sand.

The resort offers plenty of amenities for everyone to enjoy—two swimming pools (including a large oceanfront pool and a whirlpool that gently overflows into a shallow pool), a tennis/pickleball court with rackets provided, a fitness room, two outdoor gas BBQs, and lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas for soaking up the sun. Beach toys, a cooler, and complimentary parking make things even more convenient, and a local phone is available to help arrange island adventures.

To make your stay even smoother, a friendly on-island property manager is always available, and housekeeping is included mid-stay and at check-out (with daily service available if you’d like, at an additional fee).



Grand Cayman is famous for its incredible dining scene, and you’ll be spoiled for choice with a wide variety of restaurants just a short walk from the condo. Getting around is simple and stress-free:

Car Rentals – Available right at the airport when you arrive, making it easy to pick up your vehicle and start exploring the island immediately.

Bus Service – Just a quick 2-minute walk from the condo to the nearest stop, with regular service running along West Bay and Seven Mile Beach.

Taxis – Readily available as soon as you exit the airport terminal. For added convenience, taxi service can also pick you up directly from your condo with just a quick phone call.

Supermarkets:

Stocking up on groceries couldn’t be easier! Both Foster’s and Kirk Market are just a short drive away, offering everything you’ll need—from everyday essentials to a wide selection of international items, including plenty of gluten-free options.

For ultimate convenience, you can even pre-order your groceries so your condo is fully stocked and ready the moment you arrive. Just let us know, and your friendly on-island property manager will take care of the details.

A quick tip: supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but no worries—most restaurants and gas stations stay open, and a few gas stations even sell liquor on Sundays.

Policies:

Smoking is not allowed inside the condo.
Pets are not permitted.
Events, parties, and large gatherings are not allowed.
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old to book.
Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Accessibility:

This condo is located on the second floor. Please note there is no elevator, and it is not wheelchair accessible.
