Three stylish bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 guests across the home (note: sleeping arrangements include use of the living room with sofa). Two full bathrooms ensure everyone in your group has space to refresh and get ready. Traveling with young children? A crib and high chair are available upon request at no extra charge, along with a Pack 'n Play for flexible sleeping options.



KITCHEN & DINING



Cook like you're home in a fully equipped modern kitchen with all-new appliances: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. GOOD TO KNOW



The City of Palm Springs requires all guests to provide a government-issued ID and license plate numbers of personal vehicles prior to arrival. An additional written contract will be sent to you before check-in—all part of the city's standard rental requirements. You'll enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, all bedrooms and bathrooms, the two-car garage, and the complete private backyard. Professional housekeeping ensures the property is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized before each arrival, following the latest health and safety guidelines. A 5% service charge applies to all refunds to cover processing fees. Long-term stays are welcome.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire house and its amenities. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, the open-plan living area, the fully equipped kitchen, and the two-car garage. You will also have the entire private backyard, with its pool, spa, BBQ, and lounge area, all to yourself for a truly comfortable and secluded stay.

*** City Requirements:** The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract, which will be sent to you before your arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government-issued ID and the license plate numbers of any personal vehicles.



*** Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.



*** CANCELLATION POLICY:** Please be advised that a 5% service charge applies to all refunds to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees. Refer to the platform's cancellation policy for specific refund amounts and timelines.

* 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

* 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.

* No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in."



*** OPTIONAL POOL / SPA HEATING:** There is an optional fee of $99 per night (2-night minimum) to heat the pool. Please make this request at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Heating for the in-ground spa is complimentary.



*** ADDITIONAL CLEANING REQUIREMENTS: *** To maintain the exceptional condition of the home, reservations of 45 consecutive nights or longer require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning at $150.00 per service (linen laundering not included), in addition to the departure cleaning fee. If a mid-term reservation is extended and becomes subject to this requirement, the applicable cleaning fee(s) will be added accordingly and reflected on the guest's final post-checkout invoice.
