Located in the popular Desert Park Estates neighborhood of Palm Springs, this modern 4-bedroom / 4.5 bath home is spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully appointed.



The open floor plan is ideal for relaxing and gathering. The light and bright living area boasts an over-sized sectional couch and mounted flatscreen TV, the perfect setting to watch the big game or your favorite Netflix show.



The sleek and modern kitchen is a breeze to cook in, with professional amenities that include an extendable pot-filler over the five-burner range, stainless-steel appliances, and a center prep island/breakfast bar with three stools and a farmhouse sink. Gather for meals at the chic glass-top dining table that seats 6+, or fire up the gas grill and enjoy dining al fresco on the pool deck.



Days will be spent soaking up the sun and those dreamy desert views in the backyard oasis. Take a dip in the refreshing private pool and spa, surrounded with ample sun loungers, so everyone can enjoy relaxing poolside. For those that prefer to start or end the day with a workout, there is fitness equipment in the garage, so you can stick to your routine!



Unwind after a splash-tastic day around the gas firepit for an evening of cocktails under a blanket of stars.



Sun-kissed and sleepy, guests will drift off to sleep in their choice of four well-appointed bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and TVs. Two of the rooms in the main house enjoy patio access. The fourth bedroom is a detached casita with a queen-size bed, a full bath with a walk-in shower, and a full kitchen, perfect for guests that prefer a little extra privacy.



The home has high-speed WiFi, ideal for remote workers, or any students with deadlines. There is central AC in the main house and AC in the casita, so everyone can stay cool and comfortable on those hot summer days, and the washer/dryer will ensure you have plenty of clean clothes during your stay. Dogs are allowed too, so the whole family can stay and play!



Deja Blue is just a few minutes drive to all the downtown Palm Springs fun, conveniently close to PSP airport, as well as the Aerial Tramway and Visitors Center, and several golf courses. An unforgettable desert getaway awaits at Deja Blue.

No music or sound from sound-producing devices (TV's, Cell Phones, Radios, etc.) are permitted outside the home per local ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 10am.



Per the City of Palm Springs, all adult guests (18 years and older) are required to read and provide written acknowledgment the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure prior to gaining access to the rental property. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. The primary guest is also required to provide details for all vehicles of guests staying at the property.



Pool and Spa Heating- ADDON

Optional pool and spa heating is available for an additional $80 per night. We recommend adding this service between October and May to ensure the water temperature is comfortable during your stay. If you would like to include pool heat, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival, as some pools may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature of 86 degrees.



Monthly Stays and Utility Deposit

For stays of 28 nights or more, a utility deposit of $1,500 per month is required. This includes a monthly gas and electric usage allowance of $200. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded following check-out based on actual usage.



Must be 25 years or older to rent.



Please note that the person paying for the reservation needs to be the one checking in and the same person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.



Interaction with Guests:

To ensure a seamless and quick arrival, we offer virtual check-in. Per the City of Palm Springs ordinance, we are required to conduct a face-to-face check-in within 24 hours of your arrival, which will be completed virtually with a member of our team. Our team will reach out to you to schedule this meeting, which will be conducted via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
