Phoenix Estate has a prime location and is available as an affordable and intimate event location. This is available for various types of events with up to 50 attendees. We can set up decor or have vendors available at your request, for a fee.

The listed price is for a one-day rental from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm.
You may tour the property before your event. Please contact us to make an appointment.
On the day of your event, you will have access to the property at 10:00 am and the party must be cleaned up and the property vacated by 11:00 pm. The actual celebration must conclude by 10:00 pm to allow time for clean-up.
You are free to bring your own rental furniture, decorations, caterer, DJ, dance floor, photographer, etc. Obviously, some noise is to be expected, but we do ask that music and other sounds be kept at a moderate level to respect the neighbors.
Please aim to have 20 vehicles or fewer at the property.
