Great Location close to stadium.

The house was nice and clean. The pool was dirty but to be expected this time of year. The owners are very nice and communicate fast.

Lovely Stay

This property was centrally located to all our sporting events we had planned. House was clean & well equipped with all essentials needed. Kitchen had everything you needed to make any meal. The house was nice, clean, & comfortable. Only downfall was the weather, the kids were bummed they could not enjoy the pool but other than that we had a wonderful stay and will be back on our next tournament!! Also, one thing I loved about this listing is the fact that you are allowed to have small events/gatherings, this made it feel a lot like home, it was much nicer to have local family from town over with out worrying you will be hit with extra fees, this truly is amazing as you cant find a lot of listings that allow this. Thank you Irving for hosting us!!!

We didn’t use the pool. I just wanted to sit in the pool area, the chairs that were in there were not usable. So, we had to purchase a new chair. I left it there. The kitchen was Ok: there were only 5 dinner plates and 4 bowls. We bought paper plates and bowls, None of the knives would cut melted butter! There were no dish clothes and we had to buy them. There were 9 frying pans but only 1 lid.The tile floors were dirty and I told the owner that we if we walked on them our socks were black. He said it was the black stripes in the tile and he would fix it. I never heard back from him! The 2 bathrooms. There were only two washcloths or no bath mat. We bought washcloths, bath mats and supplies to clean with. The water was so hard we had to buy Calgon to use for laundry and bath. The house it self needs a good cleaning and remodeling!

Our most sincere apologies on all the complaints you had. We will make sure we fix every single one to better serve future guests. We went ahead and fixed all the cleaning complaints you had when you first occupied the house and we could’ve fixed the rest of the issues or complaints that same day we went, however you did not mention anything or contacted us at all at a later time for additional complaints, so we assumed you were having a pleasant stay, otherwise we would’ve made sure you were completely satisfied. It was just a matter of contacting us. Once again we apologize for all these discrepancies and we thank you for staying with us and for your review as this will always help us improve and fix any issues there might be, as our guests pleasant stay and satisfaction is our main priority.
