The layout was great for our party of 4 people from the sitting, eating areas to the bedrooms. Nicely decorated and pool area has many different sitting areas to entertain.

Amazing house

Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. We rent the VRBO for our wedding party and the house was very spacious. Mustafa was also very accommodating and the check in was seamless. We will definitely back should we need another VRBO. Thank you for hosting us Mustafa!

Overall, I think we would stay here again. It's certainly a spacious and comfortable rental. The host communicated well, and relatively quickly --- especially when we thought we may have left something behind after check-out. Cons: The pool was dirty when we arrived on Tuesday, and the pool guy didn't arrive to clean it until Saturday - so that was disappointing. There were also a lot of empty planter pots in the backyard full of standing water --- so there were a TON of mosquitos in the backyard. We got chewed up pretty bad on Thursday and were unable to use the backyard for the rest of the trip as a result.But overall, we were happy.

Renovated Home in Historic Central Phoenix

Pros: Lots of room to spread out! The beds were very comfortable and ac worked well. We were there when Phx hit first 100 day of the year so ac and beautiful pool appreciated. Landscaping is gorgeous with plants and flowers and very large backyard. Home is nicely located with short drive to downtown attractions like Chase Field, and PHX arena. Plenty of choices for dining nearby as well. Beautiful and safe residential neighborhood to walk around. Minor Cons: Check in and Check out instructions not provided. Just enough cutlery, glasses and dishes for 3. For the large number of folks the property can accommodate, there should be more dishware, cutlery and cookware. Would recommend coffee cups or mugs be provided as well. As I said, very minor because the pros outweigh the cons. Mustafa is very nice and responsive and would definitely stay again.

I didn’t take a staycation to clean

We are Phoenix natives now living in Tucson. We drove up over the long weekend to celebrate a birthday and 4th of July. We previously stayed at this property in April of this year. We were confident the house would be wonderful like it was before. Sadly, that wasn’t to be. The house was dusty and dirty and the floors hadn’t been cleaned. The dishwasher was packed full of dirty dishes, coffee maker 2/3 full of who knows how old coffee and washing machine full of dirty towels. All the furnishings, including fabric dining room chairs were dusty. High touch surfaces hadn’t been wiped down, much less sanitized. The air conditioning vents were super dirty and filters absolutely filthy (see uploaded images). There was trash in kitchen trash and recycling receptacles. There are no outdoor bins to put trash.The pool was beautiful and clean but host failed to notify us the pool company was servicing the pool on the holiday. The chemicals were strong and thankfully we saw the pool man before we got into the pool for a morning swim. The outdoor grill was nothing short of disgusting. There was caked on grease and grime and no barbecue utensils.Only the bed linens were clean. The towels all had a mildew smell to them. Door sticks on one of the bedrooms. If a small child got stuck on the other side of the door, it could be bad.I contacted the host when we noted the issues and he ghosted us. I am left to wonder why the heck am I paying a cleaning fee when the house was dirty.

I think I am the first renter of this beautiful, freshly renovated pool home. Great property, great location, excellent for a large group, very spacious house. Host was very responsive. Gave him a few suggestions to make peoples stays even better which he gladly accepted. Highly recommend!
