99 Palms is the perfect place to house an entire family or traveling groups meeting in the Phoenix area. Located 8 mins to Peoria Sports Complex, 15 minutes to State Farm Stadium, and 25 mins to Surprise Stadium. Just 5 miles to Arrowhead Mall and P83 where you can find movie theaters, fine dining and shopping. 30 minutes southeast to the airport or 30 minutes to Scottsdale if you go northeast. 2 miles to Hwy 101 and 10 min to I-17.
I am happy to give tours of 99 Palms. We have had several DIY wedding weekends here at 99 Palms. Plenty of room to plan your event and it is a bonus to have some of your guests stay over.
Indoor/outdoor living at its finest. Everyone that walks out to the pool area have all said the same thing... Wow! Huge kitchen that opens right out to the covered patio, BBQ and ramadas. Pool deck is done in travertine. Kitchen has everything you need to entertain including island, a double oven and commercial size refrigerator and freezer. Huge walk in pantry fully stocked with cooking accessories.
99 Palms is one acre of peaceful bliss. 5 bdrms, 6 full size beds, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, chess table and many indoor board games. Lots of activities to enjoy in the temperature controlled garage where you can play games or to retire to once quiet hours are required outdoors. We offer foosball, table tennis, air hockey, and a Pac man table with several arcade game choices. Outdoor sports like pickle ball and badminton can be set up anywhere on the property. Plus, there is a basketball hoop.
Enjoy Sonos music that has musical choices from Sirius XM Radio, Pandora and Sonos or sync your phone to the 99 palms Wi-Fi and enjoy your own music that has moveable speakers located throughout the entertaining areas of the property. There are 8 smart TVs in the house, one in each bedroom, one in den and one in dining living room plus one TV is on a portable TV stand so you can enjoy your movie entertainment anywhere on the property, including in the garage, out in the barn or next to the pool. The pool is perfect with a large Baja shelf, and there are several pool toys, floaties, and life jackets.
Parking is not a problem. Lots of room to park in front of house or behind the barn or along Bloomfield Road during events, I simply ask you not to block my neighbors driveways.
Events (up to 100 guests)for small weddings, graduations, birthdays, retirement parties in barn or on the grass are allowed on a per person basis and must have pre approval, ADDITIONAL pricing, and outdoor grounds cleaning and damage deposits. Unauthorized parties are not allowed and will be charged a minimum of $2,000.00. Please contact me for information as this house is used primarily as a vacation rental and the VRBO pricing reflects that, large gatherings are available at an extra cost. You are welcome to tour the property to see the advantages of a DIY event held at 99 Palms. Also, I can share additional photos of other events hosted at 99 Palms.
