The large front porch offers a casual and relaxed place to rock and watch the world go by. Enter the home to find an open, spacious living room and dining room combination. The Living room area features new furniture and a large flat-screen TV with Roku which allows family and friends a place to gather. Fire up the new gas grill on the screen porch and enjoy a meal. The dining table seats 6 with another 3 seats at the stone countertop bar area. The dining area is open to the well-stocked kitchen recently updated with quartz countertops, subway tile backsplash, LVP flooring, and large sink to accommodate large pots for those low country boils. The appliances are stainless steel with a 4-burner electric stove/ oven combination and refrigerator with ice maker. The laundry room is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen to make cleaning easy for those wet towels from the beach.
