Ferienhaus in Marsh Front, Beaufort, Fripp Island Resort

Dieses Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern befindet sich in der Gemeinde Sawgrass auf Fripp Island, South Carolina. Unser Haus liegt versteckt in einem Küstenwald mit Panoramablick auf das Moor, die Palmen und die Tierwelt aus jedem Fenster!

Dies ist ein sehr komfortables Hotel in der Nähe des Strandes, des Gemeinschaftspools und des Krabbenstegs. Mit dem Golfwagen ist der Strand weniger als 5 Autominuten entfernt. Unser Golfwagen ist im Mietpreis enthalten und steht allen lizenzierten Fahrern zur Verfügung.

Das Haus wurde im karibischen Look dekoriert und in Inselfarben gehalten, sodass Sie sicher sein können, dass Sie wirklich im Urlaub sind!

Unser Zuhause ist besonders, weil die Privatsphäre, umgeben von Palmen und Wasser, nicht zu anderen Häusern auf allen Seiten eingeklemmt ist.

Die Master Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen privaten Balkon und ein Badezimmer. Die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer, eines im Obergeschoss und eines im Erdgeschoss, haben jeweils Doppelbetten. Wir haben Kabel-TV und Highspeed-Internet, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Zentralheizung und Klimaanlage und viele andere Annehmlichkeiten.

Fripp Island bietet erstklassiges Golf- und Tennisangebot, wunderschöne Strände und eine reiche Tierwelt. Auf der Insel leben unzählige Vogelarten, Rehe, Unechte Karettschildkröten, Delfine, Reiher, Reiher und viele andere nautische Arten.

Dreieinhalb Meilen unberührter Strand bieten den perfekten Ort, um den Tag in Entspannung zu verbringen. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Yachthäfen, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten bieten für jedes Familienmitglied etwas. Nur 27 km entfernt befindet sich die historische Innenstadt von Beaufort. Die Jagd- und Hafeninseln erreichen Sie jeweils nach 8 km.

Beautiful location

Really enjoyed our stay on Fripp Island. This location was perfect; outdoor spaces were lovely. Really nice to have access to the pool just a few steps from the house. House was very clean! Had a little trouble with our golf cart but the owner was very responsive and situation was fixed very quickly. Definitely recommend!

Great house and location.

This house is very convenient to the beach, to a walking trail, and comes equipped with a golf cart that takes you everywhere you need to go on the island. The house is well-appointed and the beds are very comfortable. Beautiful views over the marsh. We enjoyed our stay here.

Definitely coming back!! The view is Uh-Mazing! The six person golf cart is practically new! We have been coming to Fripp since 2013 and owned a house here for several years in the same neighborhood this home is located. The location is perfect- close enough to anything you want to do while still being quiet and filled with nature:)The Christmus' were extremely helpful and responsive. We'll be back!
We did NOT feed the deer, but they were still so friendly. This one came by several times during our stay:)

Perfect Fripp House!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this property we dubbed the “Tree House”! Sawgrass Bluffs is a great location on Fripp and this house was awesome! The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms were spacious, and the multiple porches were great.

A nice week away after the holidays

The house was older and in need of some love and attention but was in a great location. Communication with the owners was great.Our only real concern was we saw several cockroaches and spiders during the visit. I believe it’s due to the location on the marsh.

Wonderful family vacation home

This home was perfect for our family. We all had enough space but it also felt cozy. The fridge was nice and big for all the food, drinks and snacks! We used the golf cart alot...again lots of seats and great for a family.The house was very clean and i am a picky renter when it comes to this! Also loved the location as it was very close to the neighborhood pool as well as to the boardwalk that takes you across the marsh and pretty close to beach accesses. The owners were great to work with. Highly reccomend.

Perfect house for us!

We loved the 3 king beds and 3 baths. Worked perfectly for us - a couple and 2 single people. Beautiful marsh view, and the deer visited us quite a bit! Owner was very responsive to inquiries. We’ll probably be back here next year.

A diamond in the marsh

If you enjoy the marsh as well as the beach this home is perfect! Our group enjoyed all the deck/outside space so much. Beautiful views of the marsh and wildlife. The home met ALL of our needs. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and just a short marsh walk away from all the beach club action. Our teenagers loved this fact! The home is very roomy and comfortable for family travel. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visits to Fripp.

Quiet and Fun Stay on Fripp

Been coming to Fripp 20+ years. Now that my family is grown, married with a grandchild, it was even better. House was well supplied with the basics and everything worked well. We brought our own chairs and beach items so didn’t use the beach items provided but they included chairs, umbrella and toys. House was very comfortable for 5 adults and one child. Air conditioner was nice and cold and there were also fans. Will rent again

Fun Time at Fripp Island

The property is just like the pictures and in a great location. Just a 5 minute walk/ cart to the pool which we went to every day ( after 6pm is the best time to go no one there). A 10-15 minute ride to the beach depending on where you go. We did some fishing and crabbing, did not get any crabs big enough to eat but it was fun. But the best part is the deer that roam all over the island ( you are not supposed to feed them but everyone does), my grandchildren loved it. We had several that came into our backyard every day and so my grandkids would go and feed them carrots, apples, blueberries, and even some cashews we had, they loved that part and looked for the deer as soon as they woke up in the morning. The house is great everything you need. Three big bedrooms with king beds and full size bathrooms in each bedroom. They also have a 6 seater golf to use we also rented another one because of everyone staying with us ( depending on time of year you go make cart reservations months ahead to make sure you get one). The owners are great and respond back very quickly when we asked them a question. We had a great time with my boys and grandchildren and would definitely rent this house again. Note if going there is a Publix and Walmart about 30/35 minutes away and you pass them on the way to Fripp Island so stop and shop.

Great stay for family wedding

Family wedding on the beach with reception nearby. Most of the family stayed in condos, but this allowed us to some peace and quiet away from the others. Beds were not as advertised, 3 king size beds, but that worked well for us. No closet in one of the upstairs bedrooms, but all bedrooms had access to A separate bath.

Amazing stay on Fripp

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the Island! We enjoyed seeing the various wild life Around the house from the deer to variety of birds. The house was very clean and had a sophisticated sense of decor. The neighborhood we were in was very quiet just a short golf cart ride to the beach. Was neat to be able to walk to the crab dock just down the road. We will definitely be going back!

Relaxing Atomosphere

We enjoyed our stay. The house is older but in good shape. The kitchen had enough pots/pans/dishes that we were able to cook our meals. We were unaware you needed to be a member to eat at the restaurants on the island or rent kayaks or other excursions. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels for the four of us. The tv had Netflix and other options. Although not familiar with using that system, it was easy to figure out. There was a charcoal grill available and even a couple beach chairs. Overall we had a good experience.

Great experience

We really enjoyed our stay on Fripp Island. What an amazing place! I think we saw more deer than ever before. Needless to say our kids loved it! The house was great too. Lots of space, great views and really quiet. Big plus for us was the golf cart. Only downside perhaps was the absence of safety belts on it, especially for our kids. But that didn't take away the fun of riding it (even in the rain, which it did all day on Saturday). All in all, a great stay on Fripp Island and Beaufort area.

The island was great, the house less so.

Older home showing its years. Little things missing irritated -- no hot pads, no measuring spoons, no bikes in any condition, none of the usual beach gear left by other visitors as is customary at Fripp, no trash cans in downstairs bath or bedroom, grill minimal and not clean, several cockroach chases. boards broken in outdoor foot shower. And in 30 yeast of coming to Fripp, we've never had to make our beds on arrival. Will come back to Fripp but not to this house.

Our location has the best of everything, it's within walking distance to the community pool and crabbing dock, but still just a short golf cart ride to the beach, and an easy ride to all locations on the island. Our home is tucked in a Nautical Forest providing a unique and beautiful setting. Amenity Cards are available for purchase.
